Responsibilities:

• Responsible for engineering design and calculations of product components, including development, to ensure compliance with client requirements and corporate product development standards.
• Provide technical clarification related to mechanical valves.
• Conduct analysis, offer technical assistance, consultation, and recommendations in valve engineering or other company products.
• Prepare necessary technical documentation.

• Memberikan informasi dan laporan langsung kepada pengawas tentang kerusakan yang tidak dapat ditangani segera
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait saat menangani pemeriksaan/kerusakan mesin
• Memastikan proses pemeliharaan berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur operasional standar (SOP)
• Melaporkan masalah apapun dalam proses pemeliharaan kepada pengawas
• Memastikan lingkungan kerja selalu bersih
• Menerapkan prosedur kesehatan, keselamatan, dan lingkungan dalam unit kerja
• Bekerja dengan aman sesuai dengan prosedur kerja

• Menguasai hydrolic, mechanical engine, dan electrical forklift
• Mampu melakukan perawatan, dan perbaikan mesin-mesin kendaraan dan alat berat. Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan forklift dan alat berat

We are seeking a talented Cathodic Protection Technical Product Engineer to join our team at PT Southern Tristar, based in North Cikarang, West Java. As a full-timeemployee, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative cathodic protection solutions for our clients in the oil and gas and energy industries.

What you'll be doing

• Definition of Calculation methodology/ Protection method definition.
• Definition of Material and determine Environmental conditions.
• Determination of the sacrificial anode quantities / location / material (Al /Zn / Mg) for the design life of the structure.
• Determination of the impressed current system size regarding the DC source and it’s associated anode ground bed.
• Issuing of Bid Doc for Procurement use.
• Establishing bidder lists, evaluating and pre-qualifying vendors, bid assessments, audits, reviewing supplier’s documentation for compliance with client/international specifications /rules.
• Assistance during MPQT, review for approval of subcontractor documentation.
• Management of CP site survey subcontractor on site. (Supervision / Training / Installation and Testing / Commissioning, if required).
• Assist with Technical clarification when required for clarification/negotiation all division (Cathodic Protection, Bolt and Nut, Cable Support System).

• Melakukan koordinasi dengan head office untuk target penyelesaian pekerjaan
• Melakukan identifikasi, analisa mengenai perbaikan yang dilakukan
• Melakukan evaluasi, laporan dan program kerja serta improvement maintenance department.

• Following the kick of meeting with Sales Department, production, customers, and the Project Coordinator before starting the project.
• Receive technical documents from the Application Engineer and sales during the kick of meeting and implementation for project execution.
• Able to Conduct and lead the engineering phase until the engineering output (BOM and Drawing) is released.
• Able to Conduct and lead the preparation of inspections and test plans with the Quality Engineer.
• Become a company representative for every technical meeting and discussion with customers.
• Conducting site survey before the project is executed and issue an installation plan on sites.
• Become a commissioning test team, and record commissioning results for handover to customers/Operations.
• Recapitulation of inspection/test result documents into Fabrication Data Records in collaboration with Quality control and Application Engineers.
• Performing FAT at the vendor's facility before sending equipment to the Company.
• Perform technical coordination and manage vendors in technical terms.
• Become a Problem-Solving team if there is a problem with the equipment and systems supplied to the customer.
• Overseeing engineering for project execution from the initial handover at the kick of meeting to Commissioning and Handover.
