1. Work with certain parties in Manufacturing and Regional Site to develop new product in accordance with regulation Global Regulation and International Toys Safety Regulation Standards.

3. Ensure and maintain company high level reliability on toy development to meet corporate requirement

5. Responsible to cover some QC function to support smooth production operation.

• Develop and provide tool / transferred toll/ back up tools to support from new toy development stage through running in production stage
• Ensure tools are running as quoted in the tool plan
• Review tool and part design for any modification
• Conduct mold trial, verify and release approval document to production.

1. Develop method and process for painted new toy production.
2. Lead for piloting new toy and ensure the process is proper based on methods, tools, layout and process buyoff.
3. Contribute on design tooling and machinery for painted part accessories of new toys to achieve
4. Improve automation technology within process engineering with focusing on safety, quality, reliability and productivity.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Capable to operate and maintain traction and equipment.

·        Repair traction and equipment and to analyze disturbances/damages and make steps to repair of it.

·        Able to plan/design the installation or change of traction equipment systems; and evaluate the performance of traction and equipment.

·        Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of mechanical systems and equipment at the airport.

·        Maintain and repair a range of mechanical systems, including but not limited to air conditioning, heating, ventilation, baggage handling systems, and various other airport machinery

·        Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment, including HVAC systems, baggage handling systems, escalators, elevators, and other machinery.

·        Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions. This includes analyzing malfunction reports and performing corrective actions.

·        Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and airport-specific protocols. Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs

·        Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools. Place orders for parts and supplies as needed, ensuring that inventory is stocked and organized

·        Assist in the evaluation and implementation of system upgrades and improvements to enhance performance and reliability.

Some of your duties will include:

• To supervise the technical aspects of operation and to give engineering level support to maintenance and operations with respect to the various Steam Systems across the smelter and at the Powerhouse area in particular, plus various Utilities Systems across the site. This will be done through in-depth analysis of machine performance, processes and output to influence condition monitoring and predictive maintenance as well as technical training to increase productivity and plant availability.

• To supervise flawless operation of the Plant Information (PI) System for plant-wide monitoring and analysis of digitized data pertaining to all process plants and associated utilities. 

• To supervise implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, and relevant statutory, safety, health and environment norms. 

• To monitor performance and enable continuous training of the technical team supporting Steam System and Utilities operation.

• To undertake the gold & silver reduction, gold and silver electro refinery, process at the Precious Metal Refinery (PMR) at Amman Mineral Industri towards the production of gold bars of stipulated purity range along with other quality specifications after subsequent processes.

• To achieve norms of productivity and learn continuously towards improvement of technical competencies and multiskilling.

Some of your duties will include:

• To maintain the reliability, safety, and efficiency of mechanical System like rotating equipment maintenance, overhead crane maintenance, fabrication, hydraulic and utility equipment maintenance work including associated infrastructure and equipment of the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia to maximize uptime of the plant and machinery.  

• Mechanical specialists must ensure the complete copper smelter equipment maintenance on day-to-day basis as per manager/Superintendent/supervisor given task, they may be worked by hand with the help of contract crew for emergency break-down of equipment. 

• They have to do some critical assembly like critical pumps, gear boxes, RAV, hydraulic cylinder, wheel assembly, high speed compressor/blower, alignment of any rotatory equipment, and critical equipment bearing fitment. 

• To monitor the deployment and productivity of the outsourced maintenance team under jurisdiction for mechanical maintenance in compliance with all statutory, health, safety, environment norms.

Some of your duties will include:

• To oversee technical support to mechanical engineering and operations functions at the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia including the Smelters, Refinery, Sulphuric Acid Plant, Precious Metal Plant, Utilities, Raw Material Handling Plant and associated infrastructure and equipment by providing the equipment refurbishment , maintenance and equipment support to operation and maintenance team to  maximise uptime of the plant and machinery and improve sustainability.  

• To oversee inhouse repair and fabrication services at the workshop.

• To oversee mechanical maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery. 

• To oversee all statutory compliances and adherence to health, safety, environment norms with respect to the workshop and maintenance carried out within it. 

• To oversee planning, analysis and MIS with respect to mechanical engineering across operations and ensure asset optimisation.
