•       Conduct regular checks on procedures for purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing, food preparing and portioning

Knowledge and Experience

Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related filed

At least 3 years of experience in credit operations of similar size/style of hotel.

Proficient in PMS Opera and MS Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Presentable, well-groomed with leadership quality. 

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Highly responsible & reliable

Ability to work well under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

• You’ll be responsible for the overall financial management of the Hotel.
• You’ll oversee the daily operations of the Finance department.
• You’ll lead hotel financial planning and budgeting process and ensure that financial plans are consistent with the hotel’s strategic objectives.
• You’ll analyze financial data in order to advise management in pursuing the financial objectives of the hotel.
• You’ll monitor hotel revenue and expenditure and ensure that it is accurately recorded.
• You’ll control all contracts and other legal documents that may affect the hotel's financial position.
