• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the accounting department.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the general ledger.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Assist in the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
• Provide guidance and training to accounting staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Preferably having experienced in accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Prepare invoice calculations and ensure accuracy.
• Compile supporting documents for monthly closing (General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit/Loss, etc.).
• Process and pay the company's financial obligations on time.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to manage cash flow.

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-year experience in Finance

2. Good knowledge of accounting principles

3. Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel

4. Disciplined, self-motivated, fast learner and cooperative, with attention to details

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
