• Mengatur pettycash, melakukan rekonsiliasi cash dan bank

• Menginput transaksi ke sistem perusahaan dan monitoring (invoice, cashflow, pembelian, penjualan, AR, AP)

• Verifikasi dokumen pembelian, penjualan, dan pembayaran dari divisi lain serta melakukan pengarsipan dengan baik baik dalam bentuk hardcopy maupun sofcopy

• Bertanggungjawab terhadap laporan finance & accounting

• Melakukan stok opname membantu semua perkerjaan yang berhubungan dengan Divisi Keuangan

What You’ll Do

• Reporting to Malaysia Finance Team, you will assist in the bookkeeping and accounting matters of Malaysia entities.
• Accounts payables: Register new vendors, record suppliers’ invoices (SGA and COS) into accounting system and prepare payments to the suppliers.
• Accounts receivables: - Register new customers, generate sales order and invoice. Work with internal sales team on operations matters. Prepare AR aging report, update receivables in AR aging report and accounting system on a daily basis
• Cash and cash equivalents: Check and reconcile daily activities in all bank accounts, prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Expense claims: Review and record expense claims
• Closing activities: Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing matters
• Filing (both hardcopy and soft copy)
• Assist Malaysia Finance team with any ad hoc finance related projects/initiatives
• Liaise with auditor for year end audit.
• Assist in handling/responding to queries on tax matters i.e., annual corporate tax return, SST submission, WHT and etc

Internship Period : 6 Months (preferred)

During this 6 months internship you will have the opportunities:

• To learn and support in finance projects such as create, review and check financial statements, ledgers, accounts, and initiate correction where appropriate.

• Prepare financial analytics including variances reporting and highlight any matter of concern.

• Involve in finance initiatives and projects e.g processes improvement and systems migration.

• Handle intercompany cross charge and reconciliation.

• Ensure timely submission of monthly management reporting.

• Working with the different teams to drive user acceptance during implementation of new tools

• Monitor, enforce and improve internal controls, accounting procedures and policies.

• Support rapid business growth and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for obtaining, reviewing and arranging all loan documents.
• Inputs and updates loan data into using system.
• Assembles and verifies loan documents for accuracy.
• Observing loan activity to determine whether the terms of a loan have been met by the borrower

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in credit administration and operation, preferably from start-up/tech company or financial industry.
• Good knowledge on Unsecured loan process and policies, business and Digital Platform.
• Basic proficiency in using data tools (SQL, BigQuery, etc)
• Excellent communication skill and stakeholders’ management.
• Meticulous, have a strong analytical skills and problem solving.
