Internship Description:

• Receiving Invoice
• Review and verify invoice
• Entering data into SAP
• Assist in the management of daily treasury operations.
• Support the processing of Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for financial analysis.
• Participate in the development of process improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Internship Requirements:

• Last semester student or recent graduate in Economics or a related field (min GPA 3.25).
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Finance/Accounting & SAP (Preferably)
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Pendidikan Minimal D III Akuntansi
• Usia Maksimum 40 tahun
• Pengalaman Finance minimal 5 tahun

- Analisa laporan Laba Rugi, Neraca dan arus kas.

- Cek dan koreksi AR AP

- Cek dan koreksi pph ppn bulanan

- Buat koreksi fiskal ketika buat SPT tahunan.

- Berpengalaman membuat Business Plan

- Berpengalaman buat laporan Simodis

- Berpengalaman buat laporan BI ULN dan LLD

• Menginput transaksi keuangan ke dalam sistem 
• Mengontrol transaksi keuangan perusahaan 
• Melakukan rekonsiliasi kas dan bank 
• Membuat laporan keuangan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan

I. Job responsibility:

•Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

•Manage taxation, including PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH Final, and the preparation and submission of annual and monthly tax returns (SPT).

•Ensure compliance with tax regulations and applicable accounting standards.

•Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.

•Oversee accounting processes and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

•Manage budgeting and financial forecasting.

II. Essential Professional Experience:

•Minimum of 1 years of experience in finance or accounting.

•Experience in tax management and financial reporting.

•Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.

•Experience in preparing reports for internal and external audits.

III. Skill:

•Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)

•Strong analytical skills.

•Have strong presentation skill

•Have strong comunication skill is a must

•Fluent in English in both verbal and writing is a must

IV. Qualification:

•Maximum Age 30 Years Old

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

•Possession of Brevet A and B certificates.

•In-depth knowledge of Indonesian taxation, particularly PPH 21, PPH 23, and PPH Final.

•Strong understanding of financial accounting standards and financial reporting.

• Support end to end financing process
• Maintain and develop relationship with external creditors or financier
• Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports & analysis to management and stakeholders
• Monitor compliance to loan covenants
• Analyze financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Maintain and update financial projection models to support project planning and sensitivity analysis
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including M&A, and capital investments
• Support rating process and other relevant process for corporate actions including mergers, and acquisitions

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Minimum 4-5 years in relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles is preferred
• Proficient knowledge in financial statements with strong analytical skills and logical thinking
• Experience in financial modeling or forecast or budgeting and data analysis tools
• Good communication and presentation skills
