Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and manage financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Implement best practices and efficient processes for financial management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan Minimal D III Akuntansi
• Usia Maksimum 40 tahun
• Pengalaman Finance minimal 5 tahun
• Pernah bekerja di perusahaan manufacturing ( Prefer Otomotif)

Jobdesc:

- Analisa laporan Laba Rugi, Neraca dan arus kas.

- Cek dan koreksi AR AP

- Cek dan koreksi pph ppn bulanan

- Buat koreksi fiskal ketika buat SPT tahunan.

- Berpengalaman membuat Business Plan

- Berpengalaman buat laporan Simodis

- Berpengalaman buat laporan BI ULN dan LLD

• Menginput transaksi keuangan ke dalam sistem 
• Mengontrol transaksi keuangan perusahaan 
• Melakukan rekonsiliasi kas dan bank 
• Membuat laporan keuangan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan 
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait mengenai keuangan 

Definisi Job Function Finance:

Mengelola pandangan keuangan (financial strategic view) dan sumber daya keuangan (financial resources), menyusun rencana  kerja anggaran perusahaan, memahami  accounting information system, peraturan pajak, serta mengelola cost dan profitability analysis, treasury, billing, collection, revenue assurance, dan laporan keuangan.
