About the role
As our next Partnership Investment Analyst, you will support business team to perform service operations to individual lenders. You will also work alongside other analysts as well as other function whom will be focusing on maintaining service quality, SLA resulting to lenders satisfaction leve
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of individual lender operations requirements
- Identify gap to ideal process and SLA, gather requirements/ support from other functions (product/ engineering/ finance/ etc)
- Generate report, analysis and input for the business process improvement
- Conduct regular data reconciliation with cross related teams
- Strong individual contributor, able to work effectively with cross functional teams
The qualifications that you must have
- At least 1 year of working experience in Operations/ data analysis role
- Attentive to details, meticulous in doing numbers crunching and reporting in timely manner
- Familiar in using management information system tools and able to use BI tools is a plus
- Experience in Banking Back Office/ Fintech operations is a plus
About the team
Our Partnership Investment operations team consists of 4 people, serving more than 100k lenders to ensure a smooth plotting, transactions, reconciliation process as well as the accuracy to maintain service quality towards lender.
