Job Responsibilities 

• Support claims management across the business and help solve escalation cases that require a secondary review
• Follow up with insurance company on the SLA of claim submission, claim decision and claim pending statuses
• Work closely together with customer service team and insurance company regarding update statuses of claim submission & decision
• Responsible for maintaining claim records history for relevant policies
• Be responsible for keeping SLAs with regards to our responsibilities towards partners, insurance companies, and internal standards
• Take the lead in resolving problems and ensuring efficient execution in the company’s best interest
• High Responsibility in assessing any document claim submission meets standard of regulations, best practice and proper documentation prior submitted to Insurance Company
• Follow procedure and working instructor, as well as ensure the claim team follows the procedure for the organization's best interest
• Be responsible for day-to-day operation claim officers’ activities in terms of handling claim document submission as well as pending claims
• Conduct and provide valuable insights on the claim performance report on a biweekly basis
• Have an ownership and responsible person as center of contact between client, Igloo & Insurance company to provide updates

• Bachelors Degree preferable in Industrial Engineering / Management Business/ Management Insurance
• 5 years of experience in the Insurance industry, preferably in Non-Life or General Insurance
• Intermediate level experience of Claim processes in General / Health / Life Insurance / Brokerage industry
• Good to have: General / Health / Life Insurance / Brokerage Certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build credibility with new business partners
• High energy and driven to meet sales targets
• Adaptable and able to work independently and under pressure

• The main responsibility of this position will be as Business Partner between Finance & Operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, GPD

• Lead the monthly closing process on account of production & supply chain related – liaise with Accounting team

• Set up, review Bill of Material (BOM) in ERP for control over material consumption

• Ensure and establish proper accounting of Direct Cost and Manufacturing overhead

• Monitor manufacturing variance (Price Variance, Material Variance)

• Design and establish control over Inventory management. Inventory movement analysis & reporting

• Design and establish control over scrap management

• Partner with Operations team for Preparing, analyzing, monitoring and controlling Manufacturing overhead / cost and Manufacturing Saving Initiative

• Establish control over plant procurement

• Establish control over freight cost (freight in – out)

As a Associate Manager, Credit, you will be responsible for handling credit cases (preferably the complicated one) from beginning to the end. Associate Manager, Credit is also responsible to assist the Credit Manager/AVP for other tasks as well, whether it is related to credit or even beyond that. Furthermore, he/she is also responsible for mentoring Junior credit analysts, as they prepare to embark further in their career to managing people.

What you will do:

• Evaluating customer’s data and financial documents to determine the degree of risk involved to reduce the risk of customer disputes
• Conduct document and information checking and verification as part of credit assessment processes,
• Prepare spreadsheets and detailed written reports to be presented to the loan committee,
• Identification and provide mitigation actions of all risks entailed,
• Provide professional opinions and/or recommendations to Credit Committee regarding customers’ financial credit status referring to credit policy and guidelines
• Track loan covenants to ensure compliance & complete other duties as assigned.

• Having minimum 5 years working experience as a Credit Analyst and/or Relationship Manager for Lending Business (SME/Commercial segment) in banking and/or relevant lending industry regulated by OJK.

Purpose for this role:

• Direct, determine, monitor, control and evaluate the implementation of:
• Financing activities, such as negotiation of financial provisions, financing business support, short-term and long-term loans, financial due diligence, allocation and withdrawal of loans or equity injections, and also ESG Financing.
• Financing risk activities, such as execution of market risk mitigation, credit and liquidity risk management.
• Treasury activities, such as cashflow management and optimization, treasury FX management execution, working capital management and optimization, and short-term placement planning.

Key Accountabilities:

• Management of financial control, reporting and financial business partnering teams
• Management of project approval process for Opex, Devex and CAPEX programmes
• Support for commercial growth, by supporting the management team in driving the commercial growth

The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate & timely financial reporting, and maintaining effective accounting systems and controls. This role includes managing financial transactions, journal entries, reconciliations, financial and management reporting, taxation, procedural development, corporate projects, and budget & forecast preparation. The Manager will also review operational contracts and liaise with internal and external parties.

Job Function:

1. Financial Transaction Review:

• Verify transactions, invoices, bank entries, and fixed assets for compliance and accuracy.

• Review and post journal entries promptly, ensuring compliance with standards.

• Regularly reconcile bank statements and ledgers for accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification preferred. (min GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university)
• Significant experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 1 year in a managerial position in Hotel or Hospitality Industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English proficiency both oral and written
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to operate an Accounting System. Having experience with SAP Systems will be an advantage.
