The Staff, Finance Operations will serve as a finance business partner to our Indonesia business team, overseeing the end-to-end business operation process. This role includes handling loan disbursements, managing repayments, processing withdrawals, conducting reconciliations, and managing escrow accounts. Successful candidate will lead daily payment operations and are passionate about ensuring the operations of our fast-growing business run smoothly. What will you do :

• Be in charge of day-to-day operations to ensure payouts, refunds and reconciliation of payments is done on time and is 100% accurate.
