Tujuan Posisi:

• Bertindak sebagai Pelaksana Fungsi Investasi dan Riset;
• Untuk memberikan informasi penelitian fundamental tentang Sektor Ekuitas dan perkembangan lainnya yang relevan kepada Manajer Portofolio;
• Mewakili Tim Investasi (Ekuitas dan Pendapatan Tetap) dalam menyampaikan analisis dan prospek pasar dalam acara dan pertemuan klien, serta menulis laporan bulanan dan triwulanan untuk konsumsi klien kami, dengan cara yang ramah klien. Memberikan analisis pasar sebagai latar belakang peluncuran produk baru dan memberikan rekomendasi produk berdasarkan situasi pasar yang berlaku.

Tanggung Jawab:

1/ Pengembangan Materi Informasi Pasar:

• Mengembangkan, memelihara, dan memperbarui materi terkini pasar secara berkala, baik dalam format presentasi maupun laporan, untuk digunakan oleh tim Investasi dan penjualan dalam pertemuan/acara klien serta konsumsi klien;
• Memastikan keselarasan analisis dan prospek pasar dengan tim Investasi, baik Ekuitas maupun Pendapatan Tetap;
• Memulai dan mengembangkan pembaruan pasar penting untuk Penjualan dan klien secara tepat waktu;
• Mengembangkan, memelihara, dan memperbarui kisah pasar pendukung untuk produk lama dan baru;
• Mengembangkan tulisan tentang pasar atau produk seperti yang diminta oleh klien

2/ Dukungan Investasi Terhadap Penjualan:

• Mewakili Tim Investasi dalam pertemuan klien untuk memberikan informasi terkini tentang pasar, strategi portofolio, dan proses investasi untuk penawaran klien baru;
• Berpartisipasi dan memahami proses pengambilan keputusan strategi investasi baik untuk portofolio ekuitas maupun pendapatan tetap, dengan mengikuti pertemuan rutin tim Investasi terkait, dengan tujuan untuk dapat menyampaikan dan menjelaskan hasilnya kepada Sales dan klien;
• Menerjemahkan dan memperbarui proses dan filosofi investasi ke dalam materi yang ramah klien untuk digunakan dalam Profil Perusahaan atau materi uji tuntas;
• Mendampingi tim Penjualan jika diperlukan pada acara klien untuk memberikan informasi terkini tentang pasar, dan memastikan bahwa pandangan yang disampaikan adalah pandangan tim Investasi baik untuk Ekuitas maupun Pendapatan Tetap;
• Selalu siaga untuk memberikan pembaruan pasar penting seperti yang diminta oleh klien.

3/ Dukungan Penjualan dan Pemasaran:

• Mendukung pengembangan dokumen RFP dan menyajikan proses dan strategi investasi sebagaimana diperlukan dalam proses uji tuntas;
• Untuk memberikan rekomendasi produk yang akan mendapat manfaat dari prospek pasar tertentu, berdasarkan penelitian makro dan sektor di atas, dan menginformasikan Penjualan secara proaktif mengenai rekomendasi tersebut;
• Untuk mendukung kegiatan pemasaran dalam hal memberikan pandangan pasar dan pembaruan kepada klien berdasarkan permintaan dari Penjualan;
• Mengikuti perkembangan fitur produk, struktur, dan strategi seluruh produk yang ada di platform, serta mampu menciptakan positioning produk untuk produk tersebut.

4/ Analisis Pasar dan Perusahaan:

• Bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan fungsi riset dan analisa kondisi makro ekonomi serta sektor industri; melakukan riset dan analisa tentang Efek dalam portofolio investasi yang menjadi dan/atau yang akan dijadikan sebagai portofolio investasi; dan membuat dan mendokumentasikan catatan serta laporan hasil riset. Untuk menindaklanjuti dan menganalisis perkembangan struktural dan siklus pasar ekuitas yang relevan, termasuk tren sektor dan indeks, dan untuk menganalisis faktor pendorongnya. Untuk menentukan dan mengoordinasikan output analis. Untuk mengatur dan melakukan penelitian ekuitas secara eksklusif dan untuk mempresentasikan hasil analisis ini di berbagai forum dalam Komite Investasi. Memastikan keseluruhan proses analisa telah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Membuat dan mendokumentasikan catatan serta laporan hasil riset.

5/ Proses Pengambilan Keputusan:

• Untuk berkontribusi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pada portofolio model ekuitas.

6/ Rekomendasi Saham dan Model Portofolio:

• Untuk memberikan rekomendasi saham, membuat laporan perusahaan terkait dengan rekomendasi saham, dan menghasilkan gagasan rekomendasi saham baru.

• To conduct feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
• To apply Value Management techniques at the outset of a project and where appropriate involve Turner & Townsend’s specialist Value Management team
• To manage estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and present the final cost plan
• To manage the procurement process, ensuring that all stages including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation are performed effectively
• To manage the tender process for MEP packages including tender document, tender clarifications, interview and tender recommendation report if required.
• To ensure that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively
• To ensure that cost checking and valuation work is managed effectively
• To ensure the production of monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to the client
• Value engineering and life cycle costing
• To ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed; validate the monthly payment claims and prepare payment recommendation for MEP related works/packages.
• To take a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
• Where appropriate, lead a cost management team, ensuring that they deliver on all of the above accountabilities

The Finance Acctg Intmd. Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the manage and control data flows to and within Finance applications to ensure integrity and completeness of data, including by preparing and recording financial transactions for legal vehicle and regulatory reporting purposes, updating the general ledger, recording financial transactions, and preparing of consolidated financial statements, in accordance with management reporting requirements, for legal vehicle & regulatory purposes. Also, includes specialized accounting, such as equity compensation, securitization, payroll and investment accounting.
• Preparation of accounts for numerous legal vehicles across region in line with global guidelines.
• Review and examine key controls for accounting process within the process handled.
• Assists in the management of one or more processes, reports, procedures or products.
• Take responsibility for the accurate reporting of accounting reconciliations on Citi reporting tools.
• Identifies and resolves problems using independent judgment for assigned products/ business.
• Implements work flow or process change and redesign basis strong basic understanding of the specific product / business / function.
• Able to articulate own process along with its key controls and support reasoning with appropriate evidence in assigned area of work.
• Communicate with Legal Entity Managers across multiple locations on the status of the reconciliations/ accounting performed.
• Identify and appropriately highlight / escalate potential issues relating to account with stakeholders such as Regional Balance Sheet control group / Country controllers / Global process lead (GPL) and Global process owner (GPO) and work with them for resolution.
• Utilizes understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact on own area.
• Applies understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing objectives.
• Provides guidance to new or lower level analysts.
• Resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired accounting experience and guided by precedents.

Qualifications:
