• Bertanggung jawab atas pembuatan jurnal dan laporan keuangan
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk pembuatan budget tahunan
• Membuat proyeksi cashflow mingguan dan bulanan ke Treasury
• Melakukan control kas perusahaan (cash flow) terutama piutang dan hutang

• Bertanggung jawab atas manajemen keuangan dan akuntansi perusahaan, termasuk penyusunan anggaran, pengendalian biaya, dan analisis keuangan.
• Mengawasi penyusunan dan penerbitan laporan keuangan, memastikan kepatuhan dengan standar akuntansi dan peraturan hukum.

Bertanggungjawab atas operasional di ruang lingkup bisnis cabang/pos terkait dengan tujuan tercapainya target penjualan seluruh sub ordinates.

• Melakukan Survey terhadap calon nasabah yang mengajukan pinjaman di BFI 
• Menganalisa kelayakan calon nasabah BFI
• Melakukan Follow Up database yang di berikan dari Telesales, dan melakukan Visit terhadap konsumen RO BFI

1. Management Trainee adalah program percepatan pengembangan karyawan yang didesign oleh perusahaan untuk menciptakan pemimpin yang handal melalui penyediaan kurikulum yang terintegrasi dengan proses belajar berdasarkan pengalaman dan latar belakang pendidikan.
2. Peserta program Management Trainee akan menjalani pelatihan secara offline dan online serta On Job Training yang akan dilakukan di Kantor Pusat maupun cabang BFI Finance di Seluruh Indonesia.
3. Lulusan program Management Trainee untuk mempersiapkan Talent (Supervisor/Specialist/Officer) di berbagai bidang seperti kredit pembelian unit, lease back ataupun project.

Bertugas melakukan negosiasi, edukasi dan penagihan kepada konsumen BFI yang mengalami kendala / keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian pembiayaan agar konsumen dapat membayar / menyelesaikan pembiayaannya sebelum dilakukan penarikan Asset/Unit. Konsumen yang di handle untuk keterlambatan 1-90 hari.

1. Bertugas melakukan rekrutmen Bussines Agent (BA) / Mediator yang calon konsumen yang membutuhkan pembiayaan dengan jaminan BPKB Mobil.
2. Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan BA guna mendapatkan prospek konsumen yang valid dan berkualitas agar mendukung pencapaian target yang ditetapkan.

• Bertanggungjawab terhadap pencapaian target penjualan debitur melalui pengembangan jaringan agency/kemitraan dengan pihak lain ( Pinjam Dana Jaminan BPKB Mobil)

Melakukan administrasi penerimaan dana dari konsumen atau pihak lain ke cabang beserta pencatatannya

Melakukan kunjungan dan penagihan angsuran kepada konsumen sesuai dengan bucket yang ditangani dengan tujuan untuk mencapai target penagihan yang diberikan.

Financial Responsibilities  :

• Meyakinkan kelancaran dan keamanan arus transaksi tunai dan non tunai sesuai ketentuan dan prosedur yang berlaku serta memperhatikan prinsip kehati-hatian dan aspek kewajaran transaksinya melalui proses verifikasi dan pemberian approval transaksi nasabah dalam wewenang yang telah diberikan.

Operational Responsibilities :

• Bertanggung jawab atas Transaksi Tunai & Non Tunai, Setoran Tunai, Tarikan Tunai, Pemindah Bukuan, Kliring, Deposito, Pajak, Mass Fund Transfer System (MFTS), Remittance, Cash Management  & Transaksi ATM. 
• Menjaga performance ATM Cabang dengan menjaga ketersediaan Cash pada ATM. Termasuk Monitoring Sub Ledger (SL) Kas ATM/CDM dan Kas Besar beserta proses rekonsiliasinya.
• Menjaga kerahasiaan password, pengelolaan User ID dan limit Teller serta aktivitas kontrol lainnya.
• Menjalankan mitigasi risiko atas seluruh proses transaksi agar berjalan secara lancar dan prudent.
• Menggunakan seluruh sistem dan pelaporan terkait transaksi Teller antara lain Cashy Online, DHN,  PinPad dan Q-matic.
