What You’ll Do

• Reporting to Malaysia Finance Team, you will assist in the bookkeeping and accounting matters of Malaysia entities.
• Accounts payables: Register new vendors, record suppliers’ invoices (SGA and COS) into accounting system and prepare payments to the suppliers.
• Accounts receivables: - Register new customers, generate sales order and invoice. Work with internal sales team on operations matters. Prepare AR aging report, update receivables in AR aging report and accounting system on a daily basis
• Cash and cash equivalents: Check and reconcile daily activities in all bank accounts, prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Expense claims: Review and record expense claims
• Closing activities: Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing matters
• Filing (both hardcopy and soft copy)
• Assist Malaysia Finance team with any ad hoc finance related projects/initiatives
• Liaise with auditor for year end audit.
• Assist in handling/responding to queries on tax matters i.e., annual corporate tax return, SST submission, WHT and etc

Bertanggung jawab atas kepatuhan Bank terkait pelaksanaan ketentuan eksternal yang dikeluarkan oleh otoritas serta dalam rangka penerapan manajemen risiko pada semua unit organisasi dan menyampaikan hasil-hasil pemeriksaan dan rekomendasi kepada Direktur yang membawahkan fungsi kepatuhan dan manajemen risiko.

Melayani transaksi nasabah tunai maupun non tunai dengan mengedepankan service excellent

Melakukan kunjungan dan memastikan kewajiban nasabah terpenuhi sesuai dengan jatuh tempo

• Identify and implement the efficient and effective processes and systems to ensure statutory requirements are achieved to support the strategic objectives of the company and to ensure the compliance to Indonesian GAAP and Company’s accounting policy.
• Perform the day to day areas of cost accounting, journaling Account Payable of subsidiary company and Chandra Asri to ensure the completeness of related documents, cash advance and related transactions.
• Perform the financial and statutory reporting deadline, specifically managing the financial and statutory accounting function, to ensure the compliance to the Indonesian GAAP and Company’s accounting policy.
• Develop report of cost accounting to the Cost Accounting Supervisor, Cost Accounting Section Manager to ensure all related activities are well-documented.
