Internship Period : 6 Months (preferred)

During this 6 months internship you will have the opportunities:

• To learn and support in finance projects such as create, review and check financial statements, ledgers, accounts, and initiate correction where appropriate.

• Prepare financial analytics including variances reporting and highlight any matter of concern.

• Involve in finance initiatives and projects e.g processes improvement and systems migration.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensure accurate and timely payments by monitoring and controlling the finance team’s daily operations.
• Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and completeness in accordance with SOP.
• Monitor expenses, analyze costs, pricing, and variable contributions.
• Manage forecasting and cash flow management.
• Perform month-end finance closing activities accurately and on time.
• Liaise with and manage matters related to bank accounts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Finance field.
• Experience with overseas companies and familiarity with SaaS is an advantage.

• Responsible for the claims handling overall for Gadget / MPAR category
• Ensure that the SLA targets that have been set for each client can be achieved well in terms of review and payment
• Ensure that the aftersales vendors can run well in the workflow which includes Service Center / Logistics Providers / others as necessary
• Control the daily activities of the Claims Analyst team in making sure they are working productively to resolve claims within SLA and within guidelines for Gadget / MPAR category
• Create client and insurer claim loss ratio performance reports, weekly, monthly for Gadget / MPAR category
• Establish good relationships with Claims team in insurers to ensure smooth working flow
• Able to negotiate strongly to insurers on behalf of customers claim needs and queries
• Hold a daily morning briefing with the claims team to discuss claims pending statuses and handling of incoming claims and backlog for Gadget / MPAR category
• Actively evaluate current SOPs in claims handling and work towards improvement in processes

As a Associate Manager, Credit, you will be responsible for handling credit cases (preferably the complicated one) from beginning to the end. Associate Manager, Credit is also responsible to assist the Credit Manager/AVP for other tasks as well, whether it is related to credit or even beyond that. Furthermore, he/she is also responsible for mentoring Junior credit analysts, as they prepare to embark further in their career to managing people.

What you will do:

• Evaluating customer’s data and financial documents to determine the degree of risk involved to reduce the risk of customer disputes
• Conduct document and information checking and verification as part of credit assessment processes,
• Prepare spreadsheets and detailed written reports to be presented to the loan committee,
• Identification and provide mitigation actions of all risks entailed,
• Provide professional opinions and/or recommendations to Credit Committee regarding customers’ financial credit status referring to credit policy and guidelines

• Having minimum 5 years working experience as a Credit Analyst and/or Relationship Manager for Lending Business (SME/Commercial segment) in banking and/or relevant lending industry regulated by OJK.

The Finance and Accounting Staff is responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring that processes are run effectively and efficiently. The role involves verifying and processing vendor invoices & refund transactions, managing financial activities, preparing journal entries & performing reconciliation, handling customer invoices & maintaining collection, assisting with taxation and financial reporting, maintaining financial procedures & accounting standards, and liaising with various stakeholders.

 Job Functions:

1.       Verify and Process Payments:

·       Verify and process invoices received from vendors.

·       Handle refund transactions and ensure timely payments.

2.      Financial Administration and Management:

·       Administer and manage overall finance activities including cash flow management.

·       Handle payment and bank administration tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

3.      Journal Entries and Reconciliation:

·       Prepare and input journal entries for financial transactions into the accounting system.

·       Perform regular reconciliation of financial data to ensure accuracy.

4.      Customer Invoicing and Collections:

·       Prepare, verify, and create invoices for customers.

·       Monitor and maintain collection schedules to ensure timely payments from customers.

5.      Taxation and Financial Reporting:

·       Assist in preparing and filing for taxation.

Qualifications:
