RESPONSIBILITY
Ensure accurate and timely payments by monitoring and controlling the finance team’s daily operations.
Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and completeness in accordance with SOP.
Monitor expenses, analyze costs, pricing, and variable contributions.
Manage forecasting and cash flow management.
Perform month-end finance closing activities accurately and on time.
Liaise with and manage matters related to bank accounts.
Address financial issues and respond to inquiries promptly and effectively.
Conduct reviews, evaluations, and implement process improvements in finance processes, policies, cost reduction, and efficiency.
Provide coaching, guidance, and supervision for finance team members.
Represent the finance function in cross-functional teams and external engagements, collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Support the direct supervisor, head of division, or team with ad-hoc or project-based tasks as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the Finance field.
Experience with overseas companies and familiarity with SaaS is an advantage.
Proficient in accounting software and internet banking portals.
Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in verbal and written English communication (preferred).
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
Independent and critical thinker with confidence and assertiveness.
Exceptional leadership, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting deadlines.
