Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, calendars, arranging meetings, emails, phone work, handling correspondence,and other clerical tasks
• Document Management: Maintain and organize documents, records, and files.
• Communicate with the brands we work with and manage new enquiries
• Organising the office filing and SOPs (including paperless)
• Take staff meeting minutes
• Help with invoicing and banking
• Assist with content writing and other miscellaneous tasks

• Be able to work autonomously and within a team
• Excellent organisation skills

Responsibilities :

• Develop key monitoring metrics which can serve as useful performance and risks indicators
• Create clear and clean data dashboards for management reporting
• Analyze data critically, form logical conclusions and work on various strategies for process improvement and optimization
• Participate and support ad-hoc onboard projects requiring extensive quantitative data analysis and data-heavy reporting
• Ensure proper execution and oversight of selected onboard initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments and develop clear operational
• Understanding of various activities and institute realistic and practical onboard controls

• Minimum 5 years experience in onboarding/ credit underwriting; with a focus on data analysis and dashboard creation, especially in financing industry.
• Prior experience with CRM platforms and Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and data-heavy environment.
• Good communicator, team player and able to work well in a cross-cultural team.
• Task-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Strong critical and logical thinking.
