Account Officer

Job Description :

1. Overseeing daily transactions including account payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
2. Preparing budget report and forecast revenue.
3. Preparing Accounting and Financial report.
4. Monitoring the daily performance of accounting department.
5. Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
6. Organize financial and maintain update records.
7. Ensure the aging payable & receivable in accordance with the companies targets.
8. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company target.
9. Experience to develop ERP.

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan Minimal D III Akuntansi
• Usia Maksimum 40 tahun
• Pengalaman Finance minimal 5 tahun
• Pernah bekerja di perusahaan manufacturing ( Prefer Otomotif)

Jobdesc:

- Analisa laporan Laba Rugi, Neraca dan arus kas.

- Cek dan koreksi AR AP

- Cek dan koreksi pph ppn bulanan

- Buat koreksi fiskal ketika buat SPT tahunan.

- Berpengalaman membuat Business Plan

- Berpengalaman buat laporan Simodis

- Berpengalaman buat laporan BI ULN dan LLD

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

• Membantu mengelola batas dan persyaratan kredit pelanggan berdasarkan laporan kredit, laporan keuangan, dan riwayat pembayaran.
• Berkolaborasi erat dengan tim penjualan untuk memastikan penagihan yang akurat dan tepat waktu atas barang dan jasa yang diberikan kepada pelanggan.
• Menerbitkan faktur pajak lokal yang akurat untuk pelanggan yang bertransaksi dalam mata uang lokal, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap undang-undang pajak lokal, dan mengonfirmasi jumlah pembayaran dengan pelanggan untuk memastikan keakuratan dan konfirmasi
• Menyelidiki dan menyelesaikan perbedaan penagihan dan perselisihan secara tepat waktu untuk menjaga kelancaran operasi bisnis.
• Memantau laporan umur piutang untuk mengidentifikasi piutang yang telah jatuh tempo dan mengambil tindakan yang tepat untuk penagihan.
• Mengembangkan dan menjaga hubungan positif dengan nasabah untuk memfasilitasi komunikasi yang terbuka dan penyelesaian masalah pembayaran yang tepat waktu.
• Memberikan dukungan selama audit dengan mengumpulkan dokumentasi yang relevan dan membantu auditor dengan pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan kredit dan penagihan.
• Selalu mengikuti perkembangan peraturan industri dan praktik terbaik yang terkait dengan manajemen kredit dan penagihan.

• Menginput transaksi keuangan ke dalam sistem

• Melakukan rekonsiliasi kas dan bank 
• Membuat laporan keuangan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan 
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait mengenai keuangan 

Melakukan Penawaran produk otomotif dan jasa

- Mencari calon debitur dan membantu calon debitur dalam proses pengambilan kredit pada aktivitas mobile shop serta membina hubungan baik dengan customer maupun dealer;

- Melakukan penjualan produk pembiayaan sesuai dengan standar dan ketentuan yang berlaku;

- Melakukan pengelolaan (follow up) konsumen sehingga terjadinya Repeat Order; dan

- Menjalin kerjasama dengan agent eksternal, serta menjalankan fungsi kredit sesuai standar dan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Melakukan kunjungan ke nasabah dengan usia tunggakan 4-30 hari

Menjaga kualitas pembayaran nasabah

Melakukan kunjungan, kerjasama dan pendekatan ke BMRI, Dealer, Showroom untuk mendapatkan order

Melakukan Survey kelayakan nasabah

Membuat laporan survey
