Main Responsibilities

Support overall recruitment strategy and process

• Post job descriptions on career websites and universities boards
• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters on our ATS/emails
• Source for Retail candidates for Singapore by tapping on databases and social channels
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews
• Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date
• Assist in ad hoc recruiting reports
• Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
• Draft and perform administrative legal paperwork (i.e. employment contracts)

Ensure great hiring experience for all

• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates and team members
• Consult with managers to requirements and specific job objectives
• Build and maintain productive partnerships with internal stakeholders

Requirements & Experiences :

• Diploma or BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field preferred
• Open to fresh grad until max. 2 years working experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The incumbent will be responsible for all CRM activities and Skincare product management for Indonesia. This includes analyzing, monitoring, implementing, and reporting on Dior's Customer Relationship Management programs and initiatives while continually striving to increase the efficiency of these programs to improve results. She/He will manage all matters related to Skincare product management, from forecasting, to pricing and campaign planning.

YOUR MISSION:

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)

1. DATA ANALYZING & MONITORING

- Track & report CRM KPIs monthly to help sales team/training team and store managers be aware of their performance and action to take to achieve CRM goals.

- Analyze data to develop new tactical mechanisms (e.g. Recruitment campaigns, repurchase campaigns) or CRM program improvements to achieve CRM goals.

2. DATABASE MANAGEMENT

- Work with Beauty Consultants and Retail team to ensure proper update of client information.

- Ensure proper client migration (POS assignment, BC assignment) should any changes such as store closure, store opening, transfer of BCs occur.

3. CLIENT COMMUNICATION / GIFTS MANAGMENT

- Execute communication campaigns which support overall brand goals as well as product launch/animation objectives.

- Oversee, implement, and track gifting and samples (gift and samples) which includes forecasting and proper allocation to stores.

4. CLIENT ENGAGEMENT EVENTS

- Execute instore client events to drive retention and increase overall client average spend.

- Initiate and run client events which can help to enhance client’s overall brand love.

- Work with product marketing team to communicate events that support the overall product campaign objective (e.g. recruit existing non-skin clients to skincare).

5. OTHERS

- Work on prospect recruitment through setting clear objectives with retail team for each animation.

- Work with Retail Team to ensure proper roll out of Dior Satisfaction Meter to all stores.

- Work with training team to ensure clear understanding by field team on Dior’s CRM program

- Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and service recovery.

- Launching CRM driven initiatives locally.

- Manage budget relating to CRM activities.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

1. FORECASTING

- Ensure accuracy of product forecast and timely submissions for skincare including selling stocks, sampling and GWP elements.

2. PRODUCT ASSORTMENT

- Close monitoring of competitor’s skincare product assortment and thereby identify our key priorities in Indonesia to gain market share.

- Close management of PCD’s skincare assortment to ensure timely update of catalog and deactivation of discontinued items.

3. PRICING

- Review an analyze central’s recommendation of prices for skincare products. Ensure the pricing is competitive and in line with regional parity & local competitiveness.

- Review annual price increase with central team to ensure our prices stay competitive in the market.

4. CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

- Work with cross-function (CRM, Training, Retail etc) to develop 360 campaigns for all Skincare animations.

- Develop clear sampling and GWP strategies for skincare category

5. MEDIA

- Craft skincare media brief base on skincare objectives and work with internal media digital team to ensure proper execution & optimization of campaigns together with the help of agency.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Qualified University/College degree
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
• Min 5 years’ experience in CRM/ Product Marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands on experience with CRM software/ system is preferred
• Prior internships in luxury brands industry is preferred

Responsibilities

1. Petty Cash Management & Purchasing:

• Oversee petty cash expenditure, allocating expenses among different departments as necessary;
• Monitor and reconcile petty cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies;
• Prepare detailed monthly reports on petty cash expenditures;
• Manage purchasing activities, including office supplies, equipment, furniture, and other necessary goods;
• Process monthly utility and insurance premium payments, and liaise with vendors for procurement needs;
• To control Hotel unpaid invoices and following up on payments by contacting the PIC of the hotel and generating reports;
• Assist with various tax processes of the Indonesian office.

2. Employee Benefits Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records for BPJSTK, BPJS Kesehatan, and Medical Insurance;
• Register new employees with relevant benefits providers and ensure timely payments;
• Organize monthly payments for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan, and annual payments for Medical Insurance.

3. Administrative Support:

• Review the business trip proposal and its compliance with company policies and assist with the business trip preparation/process;
• Review and process reimbursement submissions for business trips and other activities;
• Maintain and update the Indonesia database as necessary. 

4. HR Supports:

• Coordinate creating and delivering Welcome Packs for new employees, including vendor research, negotiation, and budget management;
• Keep the welcome pack database updated with relevant information;
• Assist the Indonesian office and HR department with other requested tasks related to Indonesian operations and HR projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor law, tax, and regulations is a plus;
• 1+ year of proven experience in Office Management or HR Support roles;
• Proficiency in English and native in Bahasa Indonesia;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Desire to develop and improve your skills on an ongoing basis, attentiveness, responsibility, passion for work;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
