Key Responsibilities:
Emergency Medical Response:
- Provide immediate medical attention during workplace incidents or emergencies.
- Administer first aid, stabilize patients, and ensure proper transport to healthcare facilities when necessary.
Health Monitoring and Assessments:
- Conduct regular health screenings and routine check-ups for employees to ensure workplace well-being.
- Monitor and maintain medical records in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Health Education and Training:
- Educate employees on workplace safety, health practices, and emergency preparedness.
- Assist in the organization of health awareness programs and training sessions related to workplace wellness.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies as well as local regulations.
- Submit detailed reports on medical incidents and provide analysis to SHE management for preventive actions.
Support SHE Activities:
- Acting as part of SHE team to implement workplace health and safety programs.
- Contribute to the development of health policies and emergency protocols.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: D3/S1 in Nursing, Paramedicine, or related fields.
- Certification: Paramedic certification; additional certifications in workplace safety (e.g., BLS, ACLS) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency medical services or remote-site healthcare.
- Skills: Strong communication, decision-making under pressure, and ability to work independently in remote settings.
- Availability: Willingness to stay on-site and provide medical coverage as required.
