We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at AYANA Hospitality. As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the F&B Manager to uphold our standards of excellence and contribute to the success of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and supervising all F&B outlets and events
- Ensure smooth operation and coordination between front of house and back of house
- Monitor and maintain quality standards in service delivery and presentation
- Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

- Proven work experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role

- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
