As a B2B Partnership & Account Manager (IT Product Solution), you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with key partners and clients to promote our IT product solutions. Your role will be key in identifying opportunities, managing accounts effectively, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions that meet client needs.

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Identify and target potential B2B clients to present our IT product solutions and services. 

• Develop strategic partnership frameworks and lead negotiations to secure optimal agreements. 

• Conduct needs assessments to create tailored solutions for partners and clients. 

• Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for partners.

• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality product solutions and support. 

• Monitor account performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management.

• Stay updated with technological advancements and market trends to advise clients effectively. 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. 

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B Partnership Management, Account Management, or IT product sales. 

• In-depth knowledge of IT product solutions and related services. 

• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with various stakeholders. 

• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving results through data-driven decision making.

About the Role 

The Senior IT GRC and Data Privacy Analyst plays a crucial role in Amartha. You will be the warrior who will spearhead various IT GRC and Data Privacy programs to protect Amartha from internal and external threats, including monitoring and managing compliance with ISO 27001, POJK, PSrE, PDP, and other applicable regulations.

Job Desc/What will you do

GRC Framework Development and Maintenance:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive GRC framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Monitor and report on compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Data Privacy Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy regulations and data protection laws.
• Conduct data privacy impact assessments (DPIAs) for new projects or initiatives.
• Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures.
• Manage data breaches and incidents, including notification processes and remediation activities.

Vendor Management:

• Assess the security and privacy practices of third-party vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to the organization in meeting compliance obligations.

Identity and Access Management (IAM):

• Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
• Implement and manage IAM systems and tools (e.g., identity provisioning, access control, single sign-on).
• Ensure the effective administration of user accounts and privileges.
• Conduct regular IAM audits and reviews to identify and address security gaps.
• Manage access certifications and segregation of duties controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related job experience
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication both in written and spoken (English)
• Ability to express information clearly at different organizational levels
• Strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, UU PDP
• Experience in the financial services industry (esp. Microfinance, Payments, etc)
• Having relevant certification are preferable (e.g.  CRISC, CIPP, etc)
• Experience with IAM technologies and frameworks (e.
• g., Active Directory, LDAP, OAuth, SAML)

1. Manage sales leads in term of customer solution architecture and business calculation (SRF, JL, IoM, TRF and survey)
2. Manage improvement for some of key area where can improved opportunity sales lead reference to customer needs such as network improvement suggested, open for new coverage area or data center, equipment technology refer to market trend and optimizing cost deployment
3. Manage customer needs and scope replicate to internal order process (technical proposal and technical tender compliance)
4. Manage improvement analysis and assessment of our existing infrastructure and technology to support more gathering sales lead (reference data base on Trouble ticket, revenue base, and sales target area)
5. Manage justification request for any customer leads refer to our existing infrastructure and technology including EoS of required  
6. Manage technical budget enterprise sales directorate reflected to sales target
7. Support compliance legality of customer order (PKS or term sheet)

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or other related major
• Minimum 4 years experience in Telecommunication / ISP Industry
• Have certification Have OSCP ; OSWP
• Good communication & able to work under pressure
