Job Description:
- Assist the Employee & Industrial Relations team in daily operational activities.
- Support the preparation of reports related to employee complaints, disputes, and resolutions.
- Participate in the process of implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Help in organizing and facilitating training sessions on workplace policies and employee relations.
- Conduct research on labor laws and regulations to assist in policy development.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate / Final Year Student from Management / Communication Science
- Familiar with Ms.Word for documentation and report preparation
- Familiar with basic Excel/sheet formula
- Familiar with organizing an event/webinar/being a committee at your school
- Familiar with Canva
- Location: Karawaci, Tangerang
