DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain good operational and relations within Plaza Senayan Food Court and other F&B area tenants.
• Handle tenants’ complaints and provide immediate solutions.
• Record and follow up material/work requisitions for operational needs.
• Check and follow up defects.

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen, including workflow, scheduling, staffing, and training to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef in developing new pastry recipes, menu items, and seasonal specialties that showcase innovation, creativity, and culinary excellence, while meeting guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in pastry production, including taste, texture, appearance, and portion size, conducting regular tastings, evaluations, and quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.
• Supervise chef de partie, pastry cooks, commis in their daily tasks, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure proper techniques, efficiency, and teamwork in pastry production.
• Assist in managing inventory and procurement of pastry ingredients, equipment, and supplies, including monitoring stock levels, controlling costs, and ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients for production.
• Oversee the production and presentation of pastry and dessert items, including baking, cooking, decorating, and finishing techniques, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and excellence in execution.
• Collaborate with F&B Service teams to support pastry production for special events, including menu planning, preparation, and execution to meet event specifications and guest expectations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen, including proper handling of ingredients, cleanliness of equipment and work surfaces, and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Interact with guests in a professional and engaging manner, responding to inquiries, accommodating special requests, and providing recommendations or explanations about pastry menu items and ingredients.

• Mengatur pettycash, melakukan rekonsiliasi cash dan bank

• Menginput transaksi ke sistem perusahaan dan monitoring (invoice, cashflow, pembelian, penjualan, AR, AP)

• Verifikasi dokumen pembelian, penjualan, dan pembayaran dari divisi lain serta melakukan pengarsipan dengan baik baik dalam bentuk hardcopy maupun sofcopy

• Bertanggungjawab terhadap laporan finance & accounting

• Melakukan stok opname membantu semua perkerjaan yang berhubungan dengan Divisi Keuangan

• Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set all tables according to standards and procedures
• Deliver F&B services in accordance to departmental standards and procedures
• Check on table setting, cleanliness and side station preparation as per work station assigned prior to the start of operation
• Greet all patrons warmly upon arrival at the door and escort them to the table
• Ensure that all food & beverage are served according to service standard
• Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Pick up and serve food and beverage orders. Ensure that food and beverage are served promptly to the guests once they are ready, such that they arrive at the patrons' table at the correct temperature
• Try to remember individual patron's names and their preferences to extend a personalized service
• Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue. Cross sell other dining venue when outlet is full
• Thank all patrons for patronizing the outlet upon their departure
• Clear and tidy up tables after the departure of the patrons as quickly as possible to the stewarding area
• Collect food and beverage supply requisition, ensure that the stock collected is as per requisition
• Report any complaints, incidents or other irregularities to management
• Assist other Food & Beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when required

• Maksimal usia 35 tahun
