We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual who can implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies to combat theft, accidents, and other risks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of team schedules, activities, hotel facilities, operational hours, and emergency plans.
• Lead and supervise the team, ensuring adherence to job requirements, providing feedback, and maintaining high performance.
• Respond to and investigate incidents (e.g., theft, accidents), prepare reports, and communicate findings as necessary.
• Ensure immediate action is taken to address safety hazards and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Promote positive relationships, handle requests and complaints professionally, and manage security concerns related to both guests and employees.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, hotel policies, and Loss Prevention procedures across all activities.
• Support the training and development of team members to improve their skills and ensure effective security operations.
• Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., police, fire department) and assist with special event security or emergency situations as needed.

• 5 years of experience in Loss Prevention Manager and/or safety, specifically in luxury resort or similar fields.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external agencies.
• Leadership skills to guide a team, set clear goals, and ensure the execution of tasks and procedures.
• High level of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OPERA, and Loss Prevention-related software.
• Knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, fire safety protocols, and maintaining a criminal-free and good driving record.
• Preferably certified in Garda Pratama, Garda Madya, Garda Utama, along with relevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and Alcohol Awareness
