MISSION AND PURPOSE:

Beauty Consultant merupakan Ambasador Dior dan mempromosikan Brand dan Nilai Dior dengan penuh semangat. Sebagai anggota tim Dior, dia menunjukkan sikap Dior setiap saat. Dia akan memberikan pengalaman yang tidak terlupakan untuk klien dengan standar pelayanan yang tinggi dan juga mencapai target penjualan yang ditentukan sambil mempromosikan citra brand.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

MEMPROMOSIKAN DIOR

• Melakukan aktivitas penjualan di toko dan/atau jarak jauh, bertindak sebagai personal shopper
• Menjual produk Dior dengan memenuhi kebutuhan klien dan memberikan pengalaman yang tidak terlupakan kepada klien dengan memberikan standar layanan yang tinggi dalam aktivitas penjualan dengan mengikuti metode brand D.I.O.R.
• Memulai kontak dengan pelanggan dan sambut mereka baik di konter maupun saat masuk ke butik
• Mengidentifikasi dan memahami kebutuhan pelanggan
• Menawarkan dan menunjukkan produk yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Memberikan layanan yang tepat dan melakukannya dengan baik. Mengusulkan produk pelengkap dalam kategori yang sama dan juga lintas kategori. Menawarkan pendekatan kecantikan secara menyeluruh.
• Berkomunikasi dengan penuh semangat dan mengedukasi klien tentang brand dan produk
• Mencapai target penjualan ritel (di toko dan jarak jauh) dan berkontribusi untuk mencapai KPI setiap bulan
• Menguasai pengetahuan mengenai Brand, Kategori dan Kompetisi

CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND MANAGEMENT

• Mengembangkan hubungan yang tahan lama dengan klien yang ada di toko dan dari jarak jauh
• Melibatkan klien baru ke brand, melalui interaksi manusia yang tulus
• Mendaftarkan data klien dalam sistem khusus dan pastikan data-data yang dapat dijangkau. Lakukan semua aktivitas CRM dan klien
• Memanfaatkan konten dan peralatan Dior (Dior Connect & Ipos) untuk mendorong traffic, menumbuhkan loyalitas klien, dan mengambil tindakan

COUNTER OPERATIONS

• Mengetahui dan menerapkan pedoman merchandising
• Memantau tingkat stok secara teratur untuk memastikan tingkat stok yang sesuai. Melaporkan stok tidak mencukupi.
• Memantau inventaris rak dan menampilkan produk baru bila diperlukan
• Mengoperasikan mesin kasir dan menutup pendapatan harian (hanya jika diperlukan)
• Melaksanakan semua tugas operasional dan administrasi yang ditugaskan
• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan retailer
• Mengikuti aturan perusahaan & konter (kehadiran, ketepatan waktu) dan pedoman grooming Dior

PENGALAMAN KERJA

• Lebih diutamakan memiliki pengalaman ritel profesional sebelumnya dalam industri retail dan/atau jasa, idealnya di brand luxury selama 3 tahun
• Rekam jejak (track-record) yang terbukti dalam memberikan hasil ritel yang unggul & bekerja dalam lingkungan ritel luxury

PENDIDIKAN DAN KETERAMPILAN

• Lebih diutamakan lulusan SMA atau sederajat dengan spesialisasi sekolah kecantikan
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam menjual/memiliki keterampilan menjual, lebih diutamakan di lingkungan luxury

• Keterampilan menulis dan komunikasi yang baik, fasih dalam bahasa Indonesia dan, mampu berbahasa Inggris untuk di daerah destinasi turis dan wilayah pusat

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop tactics for communicating complex medical and scientific information to the healthcare community, including support for answering unsolicited medical questions, adverse event reporting, and other clinically related medical information.
• Acts as a strategic partner alongside Commercial and R&D, and medical and scientific partner to both external and internal stakeholders. 
• Leads the relationship management and communication of medical and scientific information with health-care providers, payers, and other medically-focused customers (e.g., regulators, institutional leaders) in accordance with required regulatory and compliance standards
• Develops scientific relationships and external expert engagement on behalf of the organization's customers.
• Communicates complex scientific and medical information to a variety of internal and external stakeholders; builds and fosters strong relationships with key external experts in their shared therapeutic category; works with external experts to execute medical projects that bridge the communication between clinical development and commercial success;  builds and fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders for the benefit of the business;  and gathers and communicates field insights to inform business strategy and medical plans
• Develop tactics for communicating complex medical and scientific information to the healthcare community, including support for answering unsolicited medical questions, adverse event reporting, and other clinically related medical information
• Develop contacts with key clinicians, university teaching hospitals, group purchase organizations and other medical / scientific groups
• Act as a clinical resource with professional and advocacy organizations with the objective of developing relationships and identifying potential business opportunities
• Work closely with internal customers to develop and execute a plan designed to meet shared business/clinical objectives
• Uncover scientific data that may have the potential for publication and/or abstract presentation

Requirements:

• Candidates with a terminal Clinical/Science degrees e.g. MSc, PhD or MD degree will be considered
• Field-based Medical experience preferred, Therapeutic area Hepatology/Hematology/Oncology added advantage
• Effective communicator (written and presentation) with good interpersonal skills and experience of developing and delivering presentations
• Must excel at working independently and in cross-functional teams candidates with a self-starter attitude strongly preferred

The Health Representative will be the central contact in connecting customers within their accounts to therapies that advance wellness, prevention, treatments, and cures to the most feared diseases of our time.

Central to the Health Representative’s role will be the introduction of medicines and innovative digital service that will help elevate Health Care Professionals’ patient care. The role is consultative; spanning Pfizer’s entire resource and product portfolio for their customer base and one that will result in long standing and truly valued relationships with customers. The Health Representative will draw on healthcare knowledge and understanding of the health and pharmaceutical industry, as well as Pfizer and the product portfolio, so that customers achieve the solutions they need.

The Health Representative should be proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and building/ maintaining effective, long-term business relationships at the senior executive level with key decision makers and influencers. The Health Representative identifies and prioritises Pfizer opportunities through understanding customers’ business and strategic imperatives. The Health Representative is responsible for developing and executing an effective account plan for each account and is part of the Integrated Account Team (IAT).
The Health Representative is responsible for supporting their customers with their designated portfolio within a defined geographical territory that includes both metro and regional areas.

Requisition :

• A Tertiary Degree preferred in Business or Science or a healthcare background (e.g. pharmacist, nurse) with solid knowledge of the industry.
