·        Handle benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and promptly to the Insurance provider and BPJS Kesehatan.

·        Assist employees with benefits-related issues and questions, providing excellent customer service

·        Manage and process claims and invoices and resolve administrative problems with insurance providers.

·        Conduct presentations, enrollments, and educational sessions to inform employees about their benefits.

·        Evaluate benefits plans, programs, and policies to recommend changes and improvements.

·        Perform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance

·        Ensure that all benefits programs comply with legal requirements.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Manage and protect the reputation of the company.

·        Understand the company's health benefits, insurance policies, and referral system.

·        Reading procedures, flow process, and guidelines, including regulations & best practices, to ensure that clinic operations & site health programs meet the qualities of the COMPANY expectations

·        Consistently meets or exceeds expectations for departmental standards related to Quality, Service Level, Call Goal, and other KPIs.

·        Liaise with other departments and sections, including external parties, e.g., hospitals and insurance companies, to ensure the proper site referral system.

·        Coordinate, supervise, monitor, and maintain ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on all steps of the referral process.

·        Receive visiting employees/dependents and provide them with necessary assistance.

·        Discuss with the referral patient by email, telephone, WhatsApp, face-to-face, or other applicable recognized media by the company and provide information.

·        Provides information on the claim process, policy changes, benefits, and payment modes/methods

·        Maintain strong clientele relationships with employees and dependents.

·        Take calls from patients and in charge of offering necessary assistance to employees and dependents.

·        Analyze employees' and dependents' complaints, communicate, escalate, and communicate.

·        Record all conversations with patients, including details of inquiries or complaints (managing database) and action steps.

·        Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes in all business flow processes, including procedures & guideline

·        Keep accurate documentation, perform analysis (including maintaining the available database) & create a report for the medical advisor.

Assist health advisor/manager in monitoring the quality aspects of a site referral program.

Responsible to conduct the routine program for all students as follows:

• Responsible for professional medical treatment of students.
• Check Up (weight, height, teeth, lice) and report to Dinkes
• BIAS program measles Vaccine and HPV 
• Health education (ABAT = Aku Bisa Aku Tahu)
• Puberty Talk/Growing Years
• Health education Personal Hygiene (daily routine: Wash hands, brush teeth)
• Eye & Dental Check Up 
• Create Education Flyer about Monkey Pox, Cervarix, Thypoid, Meningitis
• Administrating WORM and Anemia Medicine
• Responsible for Daily routine program for all students: temperature check every morning
• Responsible to conduct for Special Event for all students
• Maintains clinical records & administrative

• Memastikan tercapainya target sales bulanan yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan, baik dari membership untuk mendapatkan New Join Member (NJM) dan PT POS (Point of Sales)
• Memahami & mematuhi prosedur administrasi 
• Menjaga profesionalitas & relasi dengan member ataupun calon member

• Membantu apoteker dalam menjalani pelayanan kefarmasian, meliputi: penerimaan resep, pengerjaan resep, dan penyerahan obat
• Membantu apoteker dalam melakukan distribusi atau penyaluran sediaan farmasi
• Memberikan informasi berkaitan dengan meliputi: cara pakai obat, kegunaan obat, cara penyimpanan obat, dan hal- hal yang harus di perhatikan selama penggunaan obat

• Mencatat obat kosong yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di buku defecta untuk pengadaan

• Melakukan pemeriksaan radiologi hingga memperoleh hasil gambaran   setiap pasien
• Menginput hasil bacaan foto rontgen dari dokter radiologi kedalam sistem
• Melakukan kalibrasi pada peralatan radiologi secara berkala setiap 1 tahun
• Melakukan Uji Kesesuaian alat X-ray secara berkala setiap 4 tahun
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait mengenai perizinan radiologi ke   Bapeten.
• Koordinasi dengan bagian terkait dalam pengiriman TLD badge ke NuklindoLab secara berkala setiap 3 bulan
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan bagian lainnya mengenai pelayanan pemeriksaan kesehatan.
• Mempersiapkan peralatan untuk pelayanan radiologi onsite
• Menjaga dan mengawasi pemeliharaan peralatan yang ada di radiologi
• Membuat laporan kunjungan pasien radiologi.

Job Responsibilities:

• Acts as a strategic partner alongside Commercial and R&D, and medical and scientific partner to both external and internal stakeholders. 
• Leads the relationship management and communication of medical and scientific information with health-care providers, payers, and other medically-focused customers (e.g., regulators, institutional leaders) in accordance with required regulatory and compliance standards
• Develops scientific relationships and external expert engagement on behalf of the organization's customers.
• Communicates complex scientific and medical information to a variety of internal and external stakeholders; builds and fosters strong relationships with key external experts in their shared therapeutic category; works with external experts to execute medical projects that bridge the communication between clinical development and commercial success;  builds and fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders for the benefit of the business;  and gathers and communicates field insights to inform business strategy and medical plans
• Develop tactics for communicating complex medical and scientific information to the healthcare community, including support for answering unsolicited medical questions, adverse event reporting, and other clinically related medical information
• Develop contacts with key clinicians, university teaching hospitals, group purchase organizations and other medical / scientific groups
• Act as a clinical resource with professional and advocacy organizations with the objective of developing relationships and identifying potential business opportunities
• Work closely with internal customers to develop and execute a plan designed to meet shared business/clinical objectives
• Uncover scientific data that may have the potential for publication and/or abstract presentation

Requirements:

• Candidates with a terminal Clinical/Science degrees e.g. MSc, PhD or MD degree will be considered
• Field-based Medical experience preferred, Therapeutic area Hepatology/Hematology/Oncology added advantage
• Effective communicator (written and presentation) with good interpersonal skills and experience of developing and delivering presentations
• Must excel at working independently and in cross-functional teams candidates with a self-starter attitude strongly preferred
