Tugas & Tanggung Jawab : 

• Kunjungan kepada customer dalam wilayah yang sudah ditentukan dengan menjalin kemitraan untuk mencari peluang yang saling menguntungkan antara customer dan perusahaan.
• Memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan portfolio produk perusahaan kepada customer.
• Memenuhi kebutuhan customer dengan memberikan informasi yang seimbang dan terkini berdasarkan produk portfolio perusahaan untuk memastikan penanganan pasien secara optimal.
• Menanggapi pertanyaan terkait portofolio produk perusahaan sesuai dengan peraturan perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan.
• Berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara perusahaan dengan customer untuk mendukung perencanaan pengembangan portfolio produk perusahaan.
• Memahami dan bertindak sesuai dengan standar undang-undang dan peraturan perusahaan.
• Memberikan umpan balik kepada atasan secara rutin terhadap hasil kunjungan kepada customer yang telah ditetapkan dan akan ditentukan kemudian oleh Sales Manager untuk periode dan metode pelaporannya.
• Bersedia untuk bekerja di luar uraian pekerjaan tersebut di atas untuk memastikan portfolio produk perusahaan bisa diterima dengan baik dan cepat oleh customer yang membutuhkan.
• Menyetujui apabila sewaktu-waktu diberikan tugas tambahan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end process of managing daily operations of marketplace platforms
• Develop and execute in-store activation plans that align with overall brand strategy and drive sales
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive sales and maintain profitability.
• Prepare creative brief materials for all marketplaces including but not limited to paid campaigns, monthly promotions, social media contents or/and marketing materials
• Maintaining relationships with RM to evaluate store’s current performance, plan for future strategies, informing any updated regulations and be the intermediary between marketplace and the company
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for evaluating store’s performance, and work closely with marketing team for quarterly marketing plans

Deskripsi Kerja:

• Merawat, menyiapkan, dan mengemudikan kendaraan operasional untuk mengantar dan menjemput sesuai kebutuhan dan perintah atasan.
• Melaksanakan pemeriksaan secara rutin kendaraan yang akan dipakai setiap hari untuk menghindari ketidaklayakan pemakaian.
• Melaksanakan pemeriksa kebersihan kendaraan baik interior maupun eksterior sebelum dan sesudah pemakaian.
• Merawat, membersihkan, dan memeriksa kelengkapan peralatan kendaraan sebelum dipergunakan.
• Melaporkan kepada atasan apabila terjadi kendala pada kendaraan.
• Melaksanakan penjemputan dan pengantaran sesuai dengan permintaan dan jadwal yang telah disusun.
• Terbiasa bekerja dengan orang asing (Korea)

• Memberikan pelayanan medis terbatas karyawan sesuai ilmu kedokteran nya.
• Monitoring rawat inap peserta dan keluarga.
• Memberikan informasi tentang proses klaim.
• Speed up proses klaim jika menemui kendala.

• Mempromosikan produk yang dibawanya ke dokter, sehingga dokter tersebut mau meresepkan produknya.
• Melakukan kunjungan rutin kepada customer (Dokter / RS).
• Melakukan promosi secara beretika.
• Menjalin hubungan dan relasi yang baik dengan customer dalam jangka panjang.
• Mengelola area coveragenya secara profesional sehingga memberikan hasil yang optimal.
• Memberikan laporan secara lisan dan tertulis kepada atasannya secara teratur yang berisi rencana. kunjungan, hasil kunjungan, evaluasi kunjungan, aktifitas kompetitor, dan sales yang dihasilkan.
• Survey apotek untuk mengenai pola peresepan dokter terhadap produk sendiri maupun kompetitor.

• Mempromosikan produk yang dibawanya ke dokter, sehingga dokter tersebut mau meresepkan produknya.
• Melakukan kunjungan rutin kepada customer (Klinik, Apotek, Rumah Sakit).
• Menjalin hubungan dan relasi yang baik dengan customer dalam jangka panjang.
• Mengelola area coveragenya secara profesional sehingga memberikan hasil yang optimal.
• Memberikan laporan secara lisan dan tertulis kepada atasannya secara teratur yang berisi rencana. kunjungan, hasil kunjungan, evaluasi kunjungan, aktifitas kompetitor, dan sales yang dihasilkan.
• Survey apotek untuk mengenai pola peresepan dokter terhadap produk sendiri maupun kompetitor.

·        Handle benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and promptly to the Insurance provider and BPJS Kesehatan.

·        Assist employees with benefits-related issues and questions, providing excellent customer service

·        Manage and process claims and invoices and resolve administrative problems with insurance providers.

·        Conduct presentations, enrollments, and educational sessions to inform employees about their benefits.

·        Evaluate benefits plans, programs, and policies to recommend changes and improvements.

·        Perform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance

·        Ensure that all benefits programs comply with legal requirements.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Manage and protect the reputation of the company.

·        Understand the company's health benefits, insurance policies, and referral system.

·        Reading procedures, flow process, and guidelines, including regulations & best practices, to ensure that clinic operations & site health programs meet the qualities of the COMPANY expectations

·        Consistently meets or exceeds expectations for departmental standards related to Quality, Service Level, Call Goal, and other KPIs.

·        Liaise with other departments and sections, including external parties, e.g., hospitals and insurance companies, to ensure the proper site referral system.

·        Coordinate, supervise, monitor, and maintain ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on all steps of the referral process.

·        Receive visiting employees/dependents and provide them with necessary assistance.

·        Discuss with the referral patient by email, telephone, WhatsApp, face-to-face, or other applicable recognized media by the company and provide information.

·        Provides information on the claim process, policy changes, benefits, and payment modes/methods

·        Maintain strong clientele relationships with employees and dependents.

·        Take calls from patients and in charge of offering necessary assistance to employees and dependents.

·        Analyze employees' and dependents' complaints, communicate, escalate, and communicate.

·        Record all conversations with patients, including details of inquiries or complaints (managing database) and action steps.

·        Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes in all business flow processes, including procedures & guideline

·        Keep accurate documentation, perform analysis (including maintaining the available database) & create a report for the medical advisor.

Assist health advisor/manager in monitoring the quality aspects of a site referral program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop tactics for communicating complex medical and scientific information to the healthcare community, including support for answering unsolicited medical questions, adverse event reporting, and other clinically related medical information.
• Acts as a strategic partner alongside Commercial and R&D, and medical and scientific partner to both external and internal stakeholders. 
• Leads the relationship management and communication of medical and scientific information with health-care providers, payers, and other medically-focused customers (e.g., regulators, institutional leaders) in accordance with required regulatory and compliance standards
• Develops scientific relationships and external expert engagement on behalf of the organization's customers.
• Communicates complex scientific and medical information to a variety of internal and external stakeholders; builds and fosters strong relationships with key external experts in their shared therapeutic category; works with external experts to execute medical projects that bridge the communication between clinical development and commercial success;  builds and fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders for the benefit of the business;  and gathers and communicates field insights to inform business strategy and medical plans
• Develop tactics for communicating complex medical and scientific information to the healthcare community, including support for answering unsolicited medical questions, adverse event reporting, and other clinically related medical information
• Develop contacts with key clinicians, university teaching hospitals, group purchase organizations and other medical / scientific groups
• Act as a clinical resource with professional and advocacy organizations with the objective of developing relationships and identifying potential business opportunities
• Work closely with internal customers to develop and execute a plan designed to meet shared business/clinical objectives
• Uncover scientific data that may have the potential for publication and/or abstract presentation

Requirements:

• Candidates with a terminal Clinical/Science degrees e.g. MSc, PhD or MD degree will be considered
• Field-based Medical experience preferred, Therapeutic area Hepatology/Hematology/Oncology added advantage
• Effective communicator (written and presentation) with good interpersonal skills and experience of developing and delivering presentations
• Must excel at working independently and in cross-functional teams candidates with a self-starter attitude strongly preferred
