- Assist in ensuring the Human Resources department complies with all corporate, regional, and hotel policies and procedures, and the Indonesian governmental regulations pertaining to employee benefits.
- Organize and maintain employee benefit records.
- Assist in disseminating information affecting employee benefits and administration.
- Process proper paperwork for the enrolment of employees and their defendants in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program.
- Assist in processing employee terminations.
- Process status change forms and assist in monitoring eligibility for vacations, paid sick leave, holidays and leaves of absence.
- Process insurance claims in a timely manner and distribute explanations of benefits and benefits pays to employees and providers.
- Trouble-shoot benefit claim problems and employee concerns through communications and the application of the AYANA Resort Company’s philosophy of service.
- Reconcile and process monthly insurance premium statements.
- Provide benefits information and assist in administering intercompany transfers.
- Assist in general Human Resources functions with clerical supports duties.
- Coordinate employee Discounted Rooms program.
- Total and record earned vacation hours.
- Prepare periodic reports and conduct audits of benefit levels, usage and rates with the assistance of Human Resources Director and Assistant Direction.
- Update employee data according to information listed on respective Status Change Form.
- Prepare monthly employee birthday list.
- Organize a monthly employee birthday party.
- Prepare and send correspondence on job offers to specified applicants.
- Prepare 90-day probationary review notifications and distribute to department managers.
- Prepare monthly departmental payroll records and submit to paymaster.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Participate and contributing to the resort sustainability program through education, interaction and suggestion.
- Has experience in a similar position at a 5-start Resort.
- Has Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Has excellent Leadership skills
- Has the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Has related license, certificates and (or) diploma to support candidate's qualification.
