Untuk mengelola dan mengatur manajemen Compensation & Benefit (COMBEN), performa karyawan, serta penilaian kompetensi, sekaligus menganalisis dan menjalankan hubungan industrial secara efektif.

Job Description :

1. Oversee recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees;
2. Manage employee relations, address concerns, and support staff development initiatives;
3. Implement and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations;
4. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, incl. contracts, benefits and performance data;
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and company policies;
6. Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, incl. supplies managament, facilities maintenance, and general office upkeep;
7. Develop and maintain administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency;
8. Provide translation support for HR and administrative documents in English, Chinese, and Indonesian;
9. Coordinate with external translation services as needed for complex documents;
10. Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparation of meeting materials;
11. Assist with organizing internal events, team meetings, and employee engagement activities;
12. Ensure data accuracy and secure storage of sensitive information.

Job Descriptions:

1. Handle day to day HR operations issues
2. Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process
3. Responsible for employee onboard and offboarding process
4. Responsible for employee performance review
5. Participate in formulating company PP, HR policies, work procedures or SOP
6. Ensure HR policies being carry out effectively
7. Monitoring employee attendance and plan strategic to improve it
8. Maintain good relationship and communication with internal and external stakeholders. (IR and ER)

This position is responsible for delivering administrative assistance to the Corporate Talent & Culture teams whilst providing ongoing support with the implementation and management of Talent & Culture processes across Middle East, Asia and Pacific.
