What you will do:

• Willing to work shifts in Central Jakarta
• Monitoring Event Management in the Network Security Devices
• Covers support activities of Incident Management on the Network Security Infrastructure
• Performing root cause analysis of incidents on the Network Security Infrastructure
• Change management on the Network Security Infrastructure and Reporting of change activities
• Knowledge Management to analyze trends in the utilization of security and network devices & Reporting on the Network Security Infrastructure
• Inventory Management for Network Security Infrastructure
• Providing on-site assistance, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and proactive maintenance
• Creating Reports from the process of presenting the overall results of IT Service Management activities related to the maintenance of Network Security

What you need:

Minimum Diploma Degree in Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

Have a knowledge of information security and Network is mandatory

Have an understanding of firewalls, routers, switches, an various system concept is mandatory

Have an experience of network security product

Having Network Security Product certification / Network Security Professional certification

Having knowledge of IT security framework and standard such a CIS or COBIT is point plus.

Have excellent work ethics, communication.
