1. Menyediakan dukungan teknis kepada pelanggan terkait instalasi, konfigurasi, dan penggunaan solusi IoT perusahaan.
2. Memecahkan masalah teknis yang mungkin timbul selama implementasi atau penggunaan produk IoT.
3. Mengelola dan melakukan demonstrasi produk kepada pelanggan potensial.
4. Membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan, memahami kebutuhan mereka, dan memberikan solusi yang sesuai.
5. Mencapai dan melebihi target penjualan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.
6. Menjaga pembaruan terkait penawaran dan harga produk.
7. Membantu dalam proses negosiasi kontrak dan penutupan penjualan.

1. Sarjana di bidang Teknik, Teknologi Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
2. Memiliki min. 3 tahun pengalaman dalam penjualan atau dukungan teknis, terutama di industri IoT merupakan nilai tambah.
3. Memahami teknologi IoT dan bagaimana itu dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai industri.
4. Pengetahuan tentang produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan, serta keunggulan kompetitifnya.
5. Kemampuan komunikasi verbal dan tertulis yang baik dalam bahasa yang relevan.

Job Descriptions:

• Understanding best coding practices and designing thoughtful coding patterns.
• Analyzing problems and proposing an implementation to solve the issues.
• Troubleshooting problems in the field.
• Collaborating with peers to deliver high quality products on time.
• Leading and mentoring peers or a more junior position.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in software development.
• Have experience with a complete software development life cycle.
• Solid experience for at least 4 years in C# / C++/ Java is most preferable (the combination of these three is also acceptable).
• Demonstrated experience with system architecture review, OOP, and software programming in a team environment.
• Good grasps and used to best practices in programming.
• Committed to write a good quality and high performance code.
• Demonstrated good logical thinking as well as attention to details.
• Proactive, highly motivated. and strong team player with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
• Demonstrate leadership, project management, and mentor experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga or Semarang or Bandung.
