You will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

• Design, implement, and manage HR policies and programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Responsible in overseeing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with employment laws & regulations, managing employee relations, and administering employee benefit programs .
