- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Hospitality & Media sector.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Hospitality & Media industry.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, including forecasting and reporting.

- Overseeing the treasury services budget, sales goals, and profit & loss (P&L).
- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance using metrics such as conversion rates, deal size, and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor degree Sales in any major
- Min. 5 years work experience as Head of Sales in B2B segment or related field
- Experienced handling in Hospitality & Media account
- Effective management skill and rational thinking skill
- Communication skill and consultative selling skill
- Willing to work in Centennial Tower, Jakarta
