3. Making short term sales strategy for derivative products
4. Building good relationship with customer
5. Business development with new customer especially in fertilizer & other value added segment
6. Negotiate the best alternative as a win win the solution with the customer – maximize product value added
7. Collaborate well with other division
8. Assist & collaborate with Derivatives Sales Manager to generate monthly report to Management
9. Meet the management expectation to achieve the given sales target ( volume & selling price)
