Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing all pre-sales projects that are customer's related.

Job Descriptions

• Manage new and existing customer request
• Assist the sales team in delivering daily proposal to client
• Monitor the on going client-related project up to finishing and documentation
• Collaborate with the related department in delivering client to product activation
• Learn for new technology related to cloud and virtualization management, migration, and deployment

Responsibilities

• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

● Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and
timelines.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
● Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
● Support the implementation of Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
● Oversee the maintenance and updating of API specification documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
● Manage the configuration and maintenance of Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
● Utilize tools like Postman and API SNAP to test, validate, and monitor API integrations within the project scope.
● Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and post-project analysis.
