The Reference Data Specialist is responsible for instructions of client deliverables, coding and data input validation focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g. Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As a Reference Data Specialist  at NielsenIQ, you create and deliver client outputs in a correct and timely manner.

• Responsible for instructions of client deliverables, coding and data input validation focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories.
• Does cross coding and item-related quality checks on a daily basis
• May act as a back-up to other coders when needed; conduct physical store check to validate item-related information
• Keep track/document special instructions related to category assignment
• Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules
• Ensure accuracy throughout the process, from validation before database setup to managing samples, and identify areas for improvement
• Answer external questions and act as a liaison with everyone from clients to stakeholders; To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process, or product related queries
• Willing to be trained to be a category expert

Deskripsi pekerjaan:

• Melakukan pendampingan (asistensi) Dokter Orthopedi Spine pada saat operasi menggunakan alat perusahaan.
• Membantu perusahaan meningkatkan penjualan implant Spine.

Kualifikasi :

• Usia dibawah 35 tahun.
• Minimal lulusan Diploma (D3) Keperawatan. untuk Technical Support, atau setara.
• Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai Perawat Kamar Operasi (OT), diutamakan pengalaman assistensi Dokter Orthopedi Spine.
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman 1 taun dikamar operasi (OT)
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik kepada Dokter Orthopedi Spine pengguna alat.
• STR masih aktif berlaku.
• Diutamakan memiliki Sertifikat Bedah Dasar.
• Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan, rajin, jujur, disiplin.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Memberikan dukungan teknis & edukasi ke karyawan internal di semua departemen dalam penyelesaian masalah hardware dan software.
• Melakukan instalasi & konfigurasi perangkat baru seperti komputer, server, router, access point, serta perangkat lainnya sesuai dengan prosedur dan peraturan perusahaan.
• Melakukan langkah-langkah perlindungan sistem dan pencegahan ancaman keamanan dari virus maupun malware, serta memastikan kegiatan back-up data dilakukan secara berkala.
• Melakukan proses dokumentasi rutin terkait kegiatan perbaikan yang sudah dilakukan untuk proses pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban ke pihak Manajemen perusahaan.

• Melakukan kegiatan pemeliharaan EDC untuk memastikan EDC dapat digunakan dengan baik.
• Melakukan pengisian form maintenance secara lengkap, menyusun bukti tes transaksi, untuk diberikan kepada Admin Support. 
• Melakukan training kepada merchant mengenai produk serta penggunaan EDC agar merchant dapat menggunakan EDC dengan benar.

- Lead on numerous improvement and process excellence projects aimed at technology development.

- Periodically collecting and analyzing data from the field to capture issues related to process and quality findings.

- Using statistical analysis or simulations to analyze the information to define operational problems, develop improvement plan, 

and develop practical solutions.

- Provide comphrenhsive solution regarding the operational improvement with challenging timelines.

- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously by organizing own time and team resources to ensure activities are 

completed as per project timeline.

- Communicate effectively with partners to maintain agreement on project plans and obtain support from colleagues where necessary within departments or other departments.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring and lead sales team to achieve their target
• Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related field
• At least 7-10 years of working experience in the related field such as, ISP, Telco, System Integrator, etc
• Experienced upon handling customer in several segment : ISP, Wholesale, Government, Financial Management and Hospitality
• Have experience in Sales Strategy
• Good leadership skill
• Good communication and negotiation skills
