Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing all pre-sales projects that are customer's related.

● Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and
timelines.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
● Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
● Support the implementation of Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
● Oversee the maintenance and updating of API specification documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
● Manage the configuration and maintenance of Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
● Utilize tools like Postman and API SNAP to test, validate, and monitor API integrations within the project scope.
● Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and post-project analysis.

The Technical Solutions Manager will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients and our technical team. This role involves understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, managing implementation projects, and ensuring the successful adoption of our technology.

• Client engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understand client requirements and challenges, and provide expert advice on how Kata.ai solutions can address their needs. 
• Solution design: Collaborate with clients to design customized solutions using Kata.ai’s AICX Platform and develop detailed technical specifications and architecture for proposed solutions. Oversee the development process, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Project management: Lead the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope and coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, and commercial) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Technical support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation and conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the use of Kata.ai’s products. 
• Continuous improvement: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in our products and services and stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Solution Architect: Develop high-level and detailed architecture designs that meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

• Responsible day to day of KPI in Production i.e (OEE, MDT,IDC,MOC,MTBF and MTTR).
• Lead, maintain Lean manufacturing concept is working.
• Maintain Standard Implementation FMEA, Control Plan, Production Procedure and Working Instruction
• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by Executing Total preventive maintenance TPM (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Maintenance)
• Troubleshooting process and equipment problems
• Monitoring HSE in manufacturing Process (Ensure machine equipment Safely to operate)
• Participating in continuous improvement of manufacturing process
• Maintain and keep working area to meet environmental requirements and regulation compliance.
• Support Implementation BPS and IT in Manufacturing Process

• Provide support for managing and organizing project activities, including planning and scheduling.
• Collaborate with various departments, such as technology and product, to enhance coordination efforts.
• Develop and manage crucial project documents and reports.
• Assist in the implementation and utilization of project management tools.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Actively participate in problem-solving and risk management initiatives.
• Support the tracking of project progress and contribute to regular reporting efforts.

• Open to final-year students and recent graduates with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in a technical role (e.g., software development, QA) or project management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in the use of spreadsheet applications (such as Microsoft Excel or similar software) and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
