• Familiar with delivering 3 (three) core subjects namely English, Mathematics, and Science
• Provide creative materials and resources for children to explore in learning activities and imaginative play 
• Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, emotional and social development of children 
• Plan, prepare and develop schemes of work and lesson plans 
• Evaluate children behavior and performance in classroom 
• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents

• Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.
• Interview students to understand their objectives and background.
• Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner.
• Follow-up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.
• Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
• Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms.
• Inform students about the courses offered and the tuition fees.
• Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management.

2. Memberikan solusi terhadap masalah yang ada sesuai kebijakan dan peraturan institusi.

3. Mendukung pembuatan dokumentasi dan panduan digital untuk aplikasi yang dibangun.

• Memberikan dukungan teknis bagi pelanggan yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan layanan Rumahweb melalui channel livechat, email, dan telepon.

• Mendokumentasikan problem dan penyelesaian untuk kasus-kasus baru sebagai bahan diskusi dan pembelajaran team technical support.

• Memberikan dukungan teknis bagi pelanggan yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan layanan Rumahweb melalui channel livechat, email, dan telepon.

• Mendokumentasikan problem dan penyelesaian untuk kasus-kasus baru sebagai bahan diskusi dan pembelajaran team technical support.
