We are seeking a talented Cathodic Protection Technical Product Engineer to join our team at PT Southern Tristar, based in North Cikarang, West Java. As a full-timeemployee, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative cathodic protection solutions for our clients in the oil and gas and energy industries.

What you'll be doing

• Definition of Calculation methodology/ Protection method definition.
• Definition of Material and determine Environmental conditions.
• Determination of the sacrificial anode quantities / location / material (Al /Zn / Mg) for the design life of the structure.
• Determination of the impressed current system size regarding the DC source and it’s associated anode ground bed.
• Issuing of Bid Doc for Procurement use.
• Establishing bidder lists, evaluating and pre-qualifying vendors, bid assessments, audits, reviewing supplier’s documentation for compliance with client/international specifications /rules.
• Assistance during MPQT, review for approval of subcontractor documentation.
• Management of CP site survey subcontractor on site. (Supervision / Training / Installation and Testing / Commissioning, if required).
• Assist with Technical clarification when required for clarification/negotiation all division (Cathodic Protection, Bolt and Nut, Cable Support System).

• Managing technical team capabilities report and plan
• Preparing technical support team performance reports
• Assisting the Sales team both in presales and post-sales
• Understanding customer's requirements and needs and able to provide the right solutions
• Training, mentoring, evaluating, and motivating the team
• Assign and monitor the workload, set the goals and standards, and provide feedback and guidance
• Communicate the customer needs and expectations, report the performance and issues, and coordinate the resources and solutions
• Handle complex or escalated customer complaints, troubleshoot technical problems, implement policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with quality and security standards

• Mendukung upaya penjualan dengan mengidentifikasi peluang di pasar, memberikan rekomendasi produk yang sesuai, dan membantu mencapai target penjualan melalui pendekatan teknis.
• Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan, memberikan konsultasi, dan merekomendasikan produk yang tepat untuk aplikasi industri tertentu. 
• Melakukan presentasi produk secara efektif kepada pelanggan, dengan fokus pada keunggulan teknis dan potensi solusi untuk meningkatkan penjualan. 
• Menyediakan solusi teknis yang cepat dan akurat untuk masalah pelanggan, guna membangun kepuasan pelanggan dan mempertahankan hubungan jangka panjang. 
• Memahami trend pasar dan kebutuhan pelanggan untuk memberikan wawasan kepada tim penjualan dan membantu merancang strategi yang efektif.
