Responsibilities:

• Designing and deploying enterprise-level hardware and software systems that support the organization’s operations.
• Create designs of network infrastructure in the company.
• Assist with planning and implementation of system and network integration.
• Developing disaster recovery plans and procedures in conjunction with other IT professionals
• Assessing current systems to secure best practices and balance by complying with regulatory.
• Managing broad area virtual private networks (VPNs), fixing network and connectivity issues, and ensuring sufficient network redundancy.
• Understanding system administration and how network, hardware and technologies work.
• Administering automated workflow tools (i.e., Ansible, Jenkins and Terraform) and server visualization technologies (i.e., VMware, Proxmox).
• Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure systems to ensure they remain operational and secure.

• Serving as configuration managers to create, apply, and enforce processes for promoting all infrastructure components from the development environment to the testing, demonstrating, and generating environments.

• Managing the host environment to ensure proper tuning and sufficient capacity (including web server, proxy server, database servers, VMWare, Cisco, Juniper, SAN, servers).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, security principles, and best practices.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our regional product management team and support our digital operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with event teams, external contractors, and service providers to support the setup and seamless functioning of our digital products, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and configuration of digital applications.
• Collaborate with events teams to gather user requirements on digital systems.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Total Rewards & Compliance

• Collaborate with Senior Manager, HRBP to input payroll data accurately.
• Ensure employee adherence to company policies and regulations through regular monitoring.
• Administer statutory and company-provided insurance benefits, ensuring timely processing and compliance with applicable laws.
• Draft, organize, and maintain HR documents, including announcements, contracts, internal memos, and official decisions.

2. Employee Engagement

• Plan and organize corporate events, welfare programs, and initiatives to foster employee engagement.
• Develop and execute internal communication plans, including newsletters, event kick-offs, and gift distributions.
• Actively participate in HR initiatives to promote collaboration, teamwork, and a positive company culture.

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Conduct labor market research to develop a robust sourcing database, ensuring the timely delivery of qualified candidates to the Line Manager.
• Establish strong, professional relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining engagement during and after interviews.
• Support new hires by facilitating a seamless onboarding experience and providing ongoing follow-up until the completion of their probationary period.
• Assist in all stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, reference checks, and extending job offers.
• Prepare employment contracts for successful candidates and monitor contract statuses to ensure compliance and timely renewals.
• Design orientation schedules and oversee logistical preparations to deliver a positive and engaging employee experience.

4. General HR Operations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide timely support on other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Senior Manager, HRBP.
