Riverside Golf Club is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Staff Security. As a part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of the premises.
- Perform regular security checks of facilities, equipment, and personnel to maintain a safe environment.
- Control access to buildings and property, verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting.
- Respond to alarms and incidents; investigate disturbances and take appropriate action.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities in reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce hospitality policies and procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Single, age min. 18 max. 25 years old
- Height Min.168 cm with ideal body weight.
- Indonesian citizen
- Having a martial art or security certification will be an advantage (optional)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
