1. Reviews, drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial contracts and ensures that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization policies.

2. Monitors the contract process to assure compliance with the organization's contractual guidelines, satisfaction of customer specifications and adherence to organization policy.

3. Maintains the legal documentation process relating to both executing standard and unique document documentation process, may also include works with internal business management, other infrastructure groups (e.g., tax, operations) and counterparties to ensure smooth, efficient legal documentation processes.

4. Provide versatile legal support and necessary assistance for the line of business and back office.

5. Conduct the administration support for legal department.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for implementing safety & security operation to standards and quality 
• Responsible for assisting the Assistant Security Manager in the planning, coordination, organization, staff supervision and quality control for the security operational in order to effect optimum protection of guest, employee and hotel assets
• Responsible for day to day security operation through the effective and efficient of security officers
• Ensure that the hotel and department standards are strictly maintained
• Facilitate effective and reliable communication across all team members / security officers including handovers to next shift supervisors
• Ensures that all security officers are strictly complied with the standards, policies and procedures established by the department
• Strictly monitor, maintain and enhance security officer performance standards

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Pengetahuan mendalam dalam proses bisnis IT;
• Pengetahuan mendalam dalam konsep IT Network dan Security serta teknologi terbaru;
• Memiliki kemampuan teknis dalam perencanaan konfigurasi jaringan/keamanan infomasi, Analisa jaringan/keamanan infomasi serta pengelolaan operasional jaringan/keamanan infomasi;
• Menguasai berbagai kemampuan teknis dalam beberapa produk seperti cisco, Huawei, juniper, palo alto, fortigate, serta produk lainnya;
• Memiliki kemampuan teknis terkait perencanaan serta pengelolaan roadmap IT yang terkait dengan jaringan dan keamaman informasi;
• Mampu memahami script coding aplikasi dan teknik dasar dalam database;
• Mampu memahami proses vulnerability assessment dan penetration testing;
• Berpikir konseptual dan sistematis yang kuat;
• Kemampuan bekerja sama.

• The job holder will be a key person for providing expert and strategic legal advice to management  
• To effectively assess and communicate Indonesia’s needs and actions to the APAC Legal Leadership Team (LT), and the APAC Legal Strategy to the Indonesian Leadership Team 

Accountabilities:

• To act as the first point of contact for all Syngenta teams based in Indonesia with regard to all legal and compliance matters affecting Syngenta’s business in Indonesia.  This includes providing advice and working with teams on matters regarding intellectual property, procurement, customer relationships, capital investment projects, corporate structuring, ethical leadership and compliance with policies and standards of Syngenta. 
• To provide objective, constructive, professional, client-focused and solution-oriented legal advice and guidance to support Syngenta’s various businesses in Indonesia. 
• To perform specific legal activities in compliance with applicable local laws and Syngenta policies and provide specific legal support on wide range of legal areas in Indonesia and to contribute to the delivery of the strategic objectives of Syngenta Indonesia, Asia BU and AMEA. 
• To actively promote the strengthening of a Legal & Ethical compliance culture within Indonesia and to ensure that all activities of Syngenta are undertaken in accordance with relevant laws and the standards prescribed by the Syngenta Code of Conduct. 
• Active participation as a member of the Indonesia Country Leadership Team (CLT). 
• To maintain a good awareness of developing of laws and regulations in Indonesia which may have an impact on the business and to translate this into action for the business. 
• To promote and be role model for ethical leadership and work closely with the Ethical and Finance Compliance teams regarding these matters. To conduct training and investigations as required on all policies and standards owned by the Legal and Compliance functions. 
• Management of tools and data platforms implemented by the Legal Department for the purposes of contracts management, risk assessment, IP management, reporting, or other matters as determined by the Legal Department from time to time. 
• Active participation in the Asia Legal Department Team and the AMEA Legal Department Team 
• Management of outside counsel and external legal consultancy budgets
