Job Description :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MSSP IP sector
• Engage with potential clients to understand their security needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams to create effective service offerings
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and deliver presentations to promote MSSP solutions to stakeholders

Job Requirements :

• Age 28 - 35 years
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICT business development or sales within the IT security industry
• Strong knowledge of Managed Security Services and IT security solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in using CRM tools and IT security software
• Willing to work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the enterprise business sector, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure they support overall revenue and profitability targets.
• Strengthen the organization's brand presence and reputation in the enterprise market
• Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition that differentiates the organization from competitors that resonate with target audiences, including C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and procurement leaders.
• Drive demand generation efforts through targeted marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships
• Implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel, from awareness to conversion.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Support alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Min. 6 years work experience in sales, marketing role, preferably within the enterprise market or B2B sector
• Effective Management Skill
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation, and branding
• Strong leadership & excellent communication
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
