CENTRIGO™ Farming Ecosystem brings together like-minded partners to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions to farmers. The role of the Business Development and KAM Lead is to drive the development and implementation of key partnerships/ new business models with key accounts from MNCs and local that are essential to the long-term growth of the CENTRIGO™ Farming ecosystem business in Indonesia.  Key responsibilities include managing partnerships across all aspects, leading and manage critical projects, identifying market opportunities, emerging trends and technologies in agriculture, building partnerships with new stakeholders, and developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of farmers, consumers, and the environment. The Business Development Lead is responsible for driving growth and profitability for the organization by creating new revenue streams and expanding market exposure through building strong relationship with Business and value-chain companies.

Accountabilities:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Analyse market trends and get the team updated and contribute to the key strategic decision making.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Lead the key accounts for driving incremental business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and diversify product offerings.
• Oversee and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sustainable growth in the market.
• Coordinate and manage strategic growth projects.
• Leverage digital platforms for supporting marketing and communication team.
• Support to implement effective communication strategies to promote CENTRIGO offerings.
• Be an inspiration to the organization to elevate CENTRIGO’s purpose (farmer-centricity, modernizing agriculture, soil health, healthier and safer food)
• Should be able to drive commercial conversations with Sourcing teams and commercial teams.
• Be an engaging team player to inspire others to deliver and go beyond for the cause of New Farming Ecosystem.
• Create Business plan and modus operandi to deliver the target.

This role will be part of the Finance team supporting the Seeds business and will experience a critical role for our business.

The purpose of the role is to support areas of the business, providing financial insight, ensuring financials are accurate and in line with short- and long-term objectives. In addition to collaborating with other areas of finance and business functions to ensure the comprehensive sustainability of the business.

Accountabilities:

• Support Seeds Finance BP to manage day to day business review
• To act as support (business analysis) to the Seed Development & Commercial Veg Team, working closely with the Seed Finance Lead.
• To run the key reporting processes to ensure timely completion of budget, forecast and actual information requirements, meet agreed group deadlines.
• Close collaboration and coordination with Seed Finance Lead and Regional/Other Reporting teams (i.e. GFO).
• Engagement with Seed Development organization to understand their needs and requirements and response quickly to ensure business as usual.
• Manage the R&D E2E LO/BUD process with stakeholders.
• Drive processes and best practices across the functions to make sure the team is inline with Syngenta Ways of Working.
• Manage Ad-hoc Projects and Requests as necessary to support the business in deep-diving in different business critical areas to give a better visibility on the way forward decisions.

Business impact:

• Responsible for fundamental changes of processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve effectiveness and quality
• Ensures optimal resource and cost allocation within team (without budget responsibility)
• Generally, requires broad understanding of the activities across Syngenta
