Project accounting will be focused on handling the cost, expenses, maintaining outstanding account receivables (AR), and cash flow related to the project. This role requires specialized accounting abilities to accurately analyze and report a project's finances.
Job Responsibilities
- Check PO payment request and its supporting document related to project and input as account payables.
- Maintaining outstanding account receivables and account payables related to the project
- Check and input the journal production report to the accounting system.
- Input accrued RAB in accounting system
- Update accrued RAB in WP accrued expenses
- Prepare monthly project report
- With production, warehouse, and other related departments, complete the monthly inventory report and do stock name.
- Construction Experience 2 years is required. Bachelor in Architecture or Civil Engineering is preferred
- Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles
- Excellent knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
- Time management skills to complete error-free work within the required timeframe
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions
