• Design and implement customized CCTV systems based on client requirements.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and related equipment.
• Conduct site surveys, assessments to determine optimal camera placement.
• Support and involve in proof of concept or demo during tender presales stage and project implementation stage, if required.
• Integrate CCTV systems with other security systems, such as access control and alarm system and Building Management System.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' CCTV systems.
• Perform regular check partner and discuss about system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
• Document system designs, configurations, and maintenance records.
• Train clients/ partners on the operation and maintenance of their CCTV systems.

• Collaborate with Partner engineers and technicians on projects as needed.

• Responsible for the detailed system design, solution completeness and support in implementation of medium to large scale IT/ Engineering projects with high complexity and within budget to comply to specifications and meet customer’s requirements.

Essential Job Functions:

• Mapping the potential resources in the context of greenfield development.

• Assessing the technical feasibility of the wind and solar project.

• Identifying and assessing the terrain characteristics, constraint, environmental and consequently land availability aspect during development and the process of acquisition.

• Designing and maintaining the quality of wind monitoring campaign, including procurement of the required sensors.

• Assessing and analysing measurement data from both met mast and remote sensing devices (e.g., SODAR/LIDAR).

• Conducting linear/WAsP modelling (wind) and PVSyst modelling (solar) as well as the integration and justification of technical losses and uncertainty.

• Conducting technical iteration along project phases.

• Producing proper relevant maps, reports, and presentations.

• Managing and reviewing the external technical studies conducted by third party.

• Verification of the site condition in liaison with the OEM/manufacturers.

The FP&A Manager will be the finance business partner to our country team. The professional will deeply understand the business by current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, operational expenses and capital expenditures.

What you will do:

• Support our country leaders by analyzing past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, expenses and capital expenditures
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Responsible for investor and board reporting on, amongst others, our business partner in respective countries 
• Manage the Finance partnership with our Country Head(s), to develop financial strategies as well as financial goals for expansion of the business with multi-channel possibilities
• Drive regional expansion projects: conduct quantitative and qualitative research into different markets, market sizing, portfolio reviews
• Together with the business drive planning and forecasting activities while interfacing closely with other Finance stakeholders 
• Lead on developing financial models and other core analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Use external and market benchmarks to measure performance
• Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools

What we are looking for:

• Have a (minimum) Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or equivalent would be a plus
• Bring in 5+ years’ relevant experience in the Financial Planning and Analysis area. Preferably with a financial institution, high growth company, or a FinTech
• 1 to 2 years experience at Big4 with experience in audit/advisory in financial services industry would be an advantage
• Have an understanding how banks and financial services work
• It would be great if you have experience in a start-up environment
• Have advanced Microsoft Excel (incl. pivot tables, data tables) and PowerPoint skills

• Assist planning processes and forecasts in close coordination with other members of the FP&A team
• Understand & drive insights from the operating units and full company P&L
• Analyze financial results and communicate key messages to senior members of the FP&A team
• Analyze existing processes and identify process improvement opportunities and provide support as new processes are coordinated and put in place

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience including finance and systems administration
• Detail-oriented and well organized with strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with financial system transformation a plus
• Self-starter and team player, able to work independently and collaboratively with various teams in a deadline-focused environment
