Our client, a Netherlands-based Marketing Agency, specialize in providing strategic marketing solutions to clients, helping them achieve their business goals is seeking an Operation Strategy Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the agency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and effective resource management.
- Analyze and optimize operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
- Monitor and measure the performance of operational processes, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive agency growth and success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Checking up with the team and check what the current status is of everything
- Checking up with the work, delegating the right tasks to the right people and help here and there where needed
- Communicate properly between the owners and the team, you are the middleman so communication is key
- Managing Twitter marketing team, managing Youtube marketing team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely.
