Responsibilities:
Deliver safely the outputs expected in the business plan on a day to day, week to week basis
Uphold, support, and improve upon the conduct of business processes according to company policies and procedures.
Support and comply with all procedures, policies and accountabilities as defined under this same heading for the manager of this position (See “Reports To” at top of this document).
Manage direct/key raw materials purchase plan according to the customer order and/or demand and production requirement in context of customer order fulfillment
Align the key raw materials quality, quantity, and their acquisition timing with the production planning
Align the customer requirement with supply capabilities
Measure, monitor, and follow up KRM supplier performance
To maintain a good coordination with the sales, customer service, logistics, manufacturing team, to meet the customer requirement through regular communications
Analyze and highlight root cause of non-conformance in KRM by coordinating with related department to setup follow up action
Communicate with the technical/quality team concerning any KRM quality or process issue which has effects on delivery commitments
Maintain a good inventory KRM turnover by consistent inventory monitoring
