This position is mainly responsible to create, develop and close business and sales opportunities with the goal to continuously increase PT. Indodev Niaga Internet’s annual revenues and market share in Indonesia. Creating to closing a business opportunity includes analyzing the client's business operations and goals, and determining the best way to meet their needs in a timely and satisfactory manner. Being an Account Manager also means to develop an ongoing business relationship with our customers’ managers, or supervisors through all stages: pre-sales, during implementation, and maintenance to keep them satisfied. Account Manager shall also help in resolving any issues that might occur during the project and support there after.

• Memonitor proses produksi, membuat laporan produksi, menghitung service level, dan membuat laporan bulanan
• Merencanakan produksi dan persediaan bahan baku yang akan dikirimkan ke PPIC yang ada di cabang dan memastikan semua berjalan sesuai lead time order
• Memproses pesanan, memeriksa stok persediaan, melakukan negosiasi dengan supplier, merencanakan rute, dan memantau kinerja PPIC
• Membuat rencana jangka panjang dan jangka pendek untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan

1. PM untuk pembangunan Project Jalan Raya dan Piping
2. Mengkoordinasikan subkontraktor dan pekerja
3. Membuat rencana kerja proyek (RABP dan Metode Kerja)
4. Mengidentifikasi dan mengelola resiko agar proyek tepat waktu
5. Mengawasi semua aspek proses pembangunan

Jobdesk :

• Membuat schedule pembangunan infra struktur berdasarkan makro planning pembangunan proyek dan mewujudkannya
• Membuat schedule pembangunan unit rumah berdasarkan order bangun dari admin marketing dan mewujudkannya
• Mendelegasikan pekerjaan kepada team teknik lapangan sesuai dengan fungsi masing-masing staff
• Monitoring seluruh progres pembangunan untuk pengendalian Biaya, Mutu dan Waktu
• Memastikan mekanisme kontrol/pengawasan untuk pengendalian proyek termasuk IPK (Ijin Pelaksanaan Kerja) berjalan baik
• Memastikan semua unit rumah yang diserahterimakan kontraktor ke developer memiliki mutu/kwalitas yg diinginkan
• Memvalidasi berita acara opname progres kontraktor, termasuk pekerjaan yang diaddendum
• Memastikan setiap komplain konsumen yg tercatat pada saat BAST dikerjakan dengan baik dan tepat waktu
• Membuat maping progres seluruh pembangunan yang ada diproyek
• Membuat laporan progres persediaan proyek
• Membuat laporan bulanan yang mencakup : progres pembangunan, kendala dilapangan, kinerja kontraktor, cuaca

Pengawas Lapangan Project HVAC diharapkan mampu membuat administrasi dan dokumen Project sesuai dengan ketentuan dari Project berjalan.

• Melakukan pengawasan terhadap proses pekerjaan 
• Menangani administrasi dan dokumentasi 
• Memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap peraturan dan standar pemilik project yang berlaku
• Berkoordinasi dengan pihak eksternal (User) dan internal (PT Tangga Era Batu)

• Membuat planning produksi
• Membuat pengajuan dan pembelian bahan baku
• Menghitung dan memastikan kebutuhan material produksi
• Memastikan hasil produksi sesuai dengan rencana yang dibuat
• Mengontrol kapasitas produksi
• Menyiapkan dan melakukan inputing data pendukung dalam perencanaan kebutuhan dan stock untuk kebutuhan penyediaan produk perusahaan
• Rutin melakukan stock opname

5. Interpretation (to support Japanese Expats, interpretation at the meeting, and communicating with Japanese customers) and Translation of documents.

• To collaborate with Marketing, Business Developments /Sales, Regional Supply Chain Business Partner, Finance, Planners and Customer Service to ensure smooth NPD and existing products’ stock availability SLOBs (slow moving and obsolete) management (avoidance); identify obsolete risks, initiate and follow through required actions to avoid obsoletes.
• To support Customer service function for selective markets

• To manage user request relates to SAP, including investigate the situation and diagnose the underlying causes ultimately in recovering or continuing operations.
• To sustain the operation support service, follow up and monitor IT incidents delivery according to agreed SLA To collaborate with other SAP’s modules to ensure smooth SAP operations and any future tests.

Requirement:

• Bachelor or Master degree in any field
• 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Roles with minimum 3 year of experience in Demand Planning and S&OP/SIOP/IBP process facilitation (including working knowledge of SAP APO).
• FMCG industries background
• Oral & written English communication
• Strong analytical skills: must feel comfortable working with several sources of data and information to identify relevant insights. Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
• Strong personal computer skills required, proficiency in the use of excel, including advanced spreadsheet tools.
• Demonstrated success in process and/or tools improvements initiatives. Continuous improvement mindset.
• Fast leaner and good team player
