The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and implementing and maintaining effective internal controls. This is a crucial role in driving the financial success of the organization by providing strategic guidance and expertise in all areas of accounting.

Description
Financial Reporting:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and trends.
Internal Controls:Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.Recommend and implement improvements to enhance control environment.
Budgeting and Forecasting:Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets.Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and variance analysis.Provide guidance on financial implications of business decisions.
Supervision and Team Management:Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence.Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial transactions and reporting.Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development.
Audit Coordination:Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as necessary.Maintain audit-ready documentation and records.
Tax Compliance:Oversee the preparation and filing of accurate and timely tax returns.Stay abreast of changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance.
Cash Management:Manage cash flow and liquidity, making recommendations for improvements.Monitor banking activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
Profile
This role is based in Jakarta and as a result of the government regulations we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong financial background and a solid understanding of accounting, as well as some years of experience in forecasting, budgeting, and management report. We're looking for a dynamic professional with a strong ownership, a can-do attitude, good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.Bachelor degree in accounting/financeCertified chartered accountant or Certified Public AccountantMinimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferable with Big 4 experience as External AuditorStrong analytical skill with good business acumenAdvance Microsoft Office Skill, strong at pivot table and vlookup.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationshipsHigh level of ethics and integrity
